My Set Top Box has become hanged and there is no screens for any channel. A number of complaints made but to no avail. This Airtel DTH service is very bad. I do not recommend anybody to go for it. Each time, I make a complaints, an sms is sent to me saying "pleas share this happy code" with service engineer. No service engineer is seen as yet....

I've purchased Airtel DTH HD DVR package on 31st March, 2013. I got installation done after 3 days, That is 4th April, 2013. My package is still not activated after 24 hours of installation. Customer care response has annoyed me a lot.

Either activate the package with immediate effect or refund me my money.

I have been using airtel past 4 years and paid few lakhs as my bills too. Being a loyal platinum customer, I wouldn't expect the company to play cheap tricks on me. I have airtel Mob postpaid connection([protected]) but later on not satisfied because of network problem and did't get speed in GPRS internet. I processed for MNP to BSNL. But Airtel ARC and customer care don't get me out from Airtel. They called me numbers of time for additional discount offers and etc.. But not process my MNP request.. They took almost 20days. Because of lack of MNP procedure my UPC code expired....

Today i have got a msg stating that voice pack have been activated..i haven't got any clue how it got activated.Moreover 30 rupees have been deducted.I tried to call customer care,even tried to have a chat with your executive..but no joy..please deactivate this voice pack and credit the amount back to me..looking forward for your response....

I have Airtel postpaid mobile connection. I am using Govt of Gujarat, CUG plan, before 5-6 month they changed plan of mine and few others who reside in my group. They suppose to change all people plan who belongs to same group, but they did partiality.

I did too much follow up them But I didn't get any success and I have to follow this step.
