airtel recharge plan, we do 200rs full talktime recharge, after 200rs
recharge we do one more recharge to make low call rates... example:
45rs .but question is why you r charging again first 2min of the day
normal call rates???, you people r making fool to customers..

We need 30paisa all india.and should not charge first 2 min...

Pathetic Customer Care

I hate the customer care for Airtel. The quality of service from Airtel (both on and off network) is degrading day by day.

Problems that I have faced in recent times is.

1. Network issues- frequent disconnections and worse voice clarity.
2. Customer care representative do not have correct information, so they misguide the customers....

Airtel Poor Recharge Voucher - Rs.500/-

I did a recharge of Rs. 500/- on 08/03
as the Airtel service "dial 12131" said the best offer as Rs.500/- where we would get Rs.550/- as recharge amount (rs. 50 extra)
but I got only rs.442.15 only.

I regularly used to do 333 or 444 amount (get full TT) but due to misleading service 'dail 12131', I did rs.500/- and lost more.

The above transactions are charged unnecessarily and deducted from my account.

Please do not cheat the people with junk services, please provide us valueable service not value add service.

We are fed up with VAS services of Airtel, atleast please resolve these issues...

Weak signal for the past 6 months
