Dear sir/madam, We are airtel prepaid user, we are not happy with your
airtel recharge plan, we do 200rs full talktime recharge, after 200rs
recharge we do one more recharge to make low call rates... example:
45rs .but question is why you r charging again first 2min of the day
normal call rates???, you people r making fool to customers..

We need 30paisa all india.and should not charge first 2 min...

The main concern of this complain that i am using airte money but i am getting trouble through online recharge by using airtel money account i have been complaint so many time in contact center they had taken complain every time and technical team also called ever but still i am facing same problem at last time i called to cc regarding the same them someone gave a number or mr....

I hate the customer care for Airtel. The quality of service from Airtel (both on and off network) is degrading day by day.

Problems that I have faced in recent times is.

1. Network issues- frequent disconnections and worse voice clarity.
2. Customer care representative do not have correct information, so they misguide the customers....

My 3g dongle under your post paid [950/- pm] scheme was not working properly from the vary 1st day of its activation. In spite of my complain to the local booth at zoo tin ali, Guwahati I did not have any response from them rather their agent who came to me with the Dongle exchange offer expressed his ignorance of the hardware. I did a recharge of Rs. 500/- on 08/03
as the Airtel service "dial 12131" said the best offer as Rs.500/- where we would get Rs.550/- as recharge amount (rs. 50 extra)
but I got only rs.442.15 only.

I regularly used to do 333 or 444 amount (get full TT) but due to misleading service 'dail 12131', I did rs.500/- and lost more.
