I am vipul singh, resident of Delhi. in 2011 i was using airtl postpaid connection and i regularly paid the bill on time without any fail you can see the track record

I the month of April 2012 i got transferred from Gujrat to delhi in month of may i paid the final bill as asked by the executive present at the airtel store located...

i receive a fake call form this no. [protected] today and guy saying that he is calling from air tel and there are may benefits while doing simple steps he converts my mind in such way that he get recharged in these 3 no.

from last 2 days i am trying to talk the person who are from the side of airtel custmoer care in dehradun but whenver i dial 121 or 198 custmore care number there is no option provide talk to customer care represntative,,...

i have a airtel digital tv with connection id [protected] i have complaint about there is no response (always busy tone) on given customer toll free number i.e.[protected] and also when we called on tolled (paid) number[protected] there is no any person available to respond me individually... means there is always a recorded messages received...my request is...will the company give any number to me on which i can talk with a representative...

I am terribly annoyed and surprised by the agencies activity and the approach with me and my family. We have been harassed by them in the worst manner; after being their longest customer.

Problem: Bill plan change from Rs.699 to Rs.1500 without informing the customer

Plan which I was holding was Rs.699 plan and without informing me my plan was changed to Rs.1500 plan...

MY MOBILE NO IS [protected] . AND I HAD NOT REGISTERED FOR GETTING AD-BLALRT SMS
BUT FOR THE LAST FEW WEEKS I AM BEING CHARGED UNNECESSARILY I HAD LOST MUCH OF MY PREPAID MONEY ON THESE PHOTOS
I JUST WANT AIRTEL TO STOP THIS SERVICE AD-BLALRT AT ANY COST
DON'T TROBLE CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS...

I have purchased AIRTEL 3G USB data card from AIRTEL authorised
distributor(Piyush Mehta [protected],Mumbai Kandivili)

Payment of Rs 1399 was made in cash as demanded by vendor. But receipt was not
given by vendor saying that it would be dispatched on my mailing address once
Data card is activated.
Till date I haven't received receipt in spite of repeated...

I lost my mobile ,so I want to block my airtel sim my airtel no is [protected].please block this no as soon as possible. thanks in advance....

Day by day this AIRTEL company is becoming worst. Suddenly I received one message saying thanks for subscribing wos (world of sports) for videos, images, etc. on 3.1.2013 with their website address (wap.indiatimes.com) Now again today 11.1.2013 same sms saying we have charged 10 Rupees for subscribing wos. usually these types of sms have unsubscibe option also but with this sms nothing was given fo unsubscribe.

So please help...

today ,11th Jan 2013 Friday at 10.34 AM , i receieved a call from [protected]. It came to my knowledge that call is from pakistan. Although i missed the call, but i am concerned about how did the calling person got my number. I would appreciate it if you would kindly look into this matter.

your prepaid tariff plan is not good ,its costly, example: present our call rate per second .
if we do recharge to make low call rate tariff plan India-

I have a prepaid airtel connection. This is what I received sometime back as an sms: "AT-AIRINF: Thank You for choosing NEWS PACK on your airtel mobile. You have been charged Rs.1.0 for 1 days and your account balance post charging is Rs. xxx at 20:01"

Interestingly I haven't choosen any NEWS PACK or send any messages to activate this stupid scheme. I am looking if I should move to consumer court and ask for...

sir, I am airtel custmer since 8years approximate.I had recieved a massage from airtei about renewed the data pack,but I have not notice the massage because I do not intrest company massages.On dated 10 january Airtel had renewed my data pack and deduct my balance 98/- without my reply.So I want my balance back.
After complain custmer care they not respond.

This complaint is with regards to the collections department of Airtel landline services (DIVYASHREE collections)
one lady Miss.Priya had called me a few days ago with regards to the payment of one of my phones
i told her to send the executive but then i realized i don't have to pay the said amount cause there has been an error and my September month s payment has not been reflected.
so i didn't make a payment...

Hello Sirs/Ma'ms,

In the recent past sms msgs. are received by me with some gurbani music, whereas I didn't ask for any such changes and if through an oversight I had asked for the gurbani music, I withdraw the same forthwith and strongly recommend you to restart the simple same old airtel tune when an SMS is received by me.. An immediate action may be taken without delay and an sms is sent to me effecting the change....

i would like to tell you,i recharged with 50 rs. and without any reason ,it becomes now 9.75 p.
....for that i have called on customer care and it got transfered to senior..there was no positive response from the senior(kavita sharma)
....when i ask her to give my call to senior she state away say no....it was no satisfy ans. from your agent as well as they were giving me the wrong
