Hi,

My Airtel 3G postpaid data card number is [protected].

My credit limit is Rs. 2000 and my current billing plan is Rs. 750 / month.

Last month I got a bill of Rs. 4500 and this month I got a bill of Rs. 986 making the outstanding payment Rs. 5597.

I tried approaching Airtel customer care about why I got a bill of Rs. 5597 when my credit limit is clearly Rs. 2000! I have not heard...

Unnecessary Mobile service charges deductions

online recharge failed and not yet refunded

I made an online recharge of Rs.102. on Fri, Dec 21, 2012 at 7:55 AM but the transaction failed due to some technical reason. (Transaction ID - 368262). But my money not refunded yet. I called customer care for two times both of the time they told me to wait and they will cut the call. After that i was blocked from making call to customer care. Its closer to a month but money not refunded.

Kindly look into this.

inactivated my pre paid number

I had a pre paid number from 2008 April. Poor Customer Service

Avoid Yelahanka New town Airtel Office. The customer service at Yelahanka New Town office is really poor and they are pathetic. They don;t care about customers. There are two girls working there and the other employees are always busy talking to them. They don't care about customers infact they even told me to switch to a different provider. Airtel also did not bother when I complained to them.It seems Airtel has got enough business...
