Improper Services

Useless Customer Care Executive Support

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

There must be a lot of complaints on this, but still I am wasting my time making a complaint hoping that atleast someone will read this about AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE.
I am trying to write in short as I want to write so many things, but I don't have time and my fingers will start paining if I write everything.

internet failure

My internet services which are activated on my Nokia X2-01 cellphone are not working in the evening time from the past 6-7 days and nobody,,,i mean nobody from your customer care is willing to assist me on this matter when i call them telephonically...sorry to say,,, but this is pathetic services from you..i am thinking of switching it to mnp of some different connection...just rotten service provided by airtel...wont recommend it to anybody.....

Worst Service delivered ever

I had registered a complaint on 21st November 2012 ref #26182245 with Airtel DigitalTV and a technician came on 23 Nov 2012 evening and changed the set top box(STB) and took Rs. 350/-(Rs. 250/- towards change of STB and Rs. 100/- towards service charge) and said that since the systems were slow the next day morning our Viewing card will be activated towards the new STB.

On 24 Nov Morning we received the signal for 10 minutes...

unfair deduction in prepaid balance

Non activation

Hi,

I had subsribed for 150rs internet pack which said 500mb of 3g data and 500mb of 2g data.
When i called the customer care, the REP told after finishing first 50mmb of 3g data we'll be getting a confirmation alert.
But I dint get any sort of such msgs. I myself changed the settings to 2g after some days. Now they have charged me rs800 extra for internet.
