I am writing on behalf of my father Mr Guninder Singh Chandok. We are residing in Bangalore and my father has been with your company airtel from the past 10 years plus. We have been facing indoor network issues from the last 3 years. We complain and the issue was resolved...

they said some amisha pack was active charging rs 5 daily.
Now i messeged stop to 121
they do not show option to stop this pack
And when i call on 198, they ignore my call and cut it.

1. They don't have customer care number or email ID any where on their website or the bills, especially to call from non-airtel phones
