I had applied for airtel broadband connect and within a few hours, the sales person took Rs. 500 (contact no : [protected]) on Aug 11th and told be the connection would get installed within 2 days. I kept on calling this person for more than 2 weeks but failed to get any reason for not getting the connection installed. Finally the installation team came on Aug 23rd. Again a new surprise, they were offering me an old modem and charging complete...

sir since 2 days i am getting a froud calls from[protected] and[protected] and telling me that i have won 25 lakhs in airtel sim lucky draw in dubai and shortlisted between 1 lakh 35 thousands people.i concerned to customer care they told me its froud.my mob no ios [protected].pls guide me.what to do and how can stop this type of froud cases....

Sir, Today I saw a message in my mobile that read 'you have been charged rs.60 for hello tunes for 90days'. I have no idea about the hellotunes and i didn't subscribe for it ever. There was a number at the end of message which said if you want to unsubscribe, dial to this number. I dialled and unsubscribed from that useless service. Then, i called customer care executives, which turned out be a waste of time, money and energy....

I have activated internet daily pack on 15 sept ( 50 mb in 5 rs), still i was incorrecty charged for net browsing.i was charged 6 rs extra. Please look in to this matter.
