Complaint against mobile service provider

Refund of money.

Hello Sir,
I have applied for an Boardband service. The Bill Number/ CEFNo. HY is 423600. It's dated on 22nd May'12. I have paid 501 Rs/-
After 2 days I got a call from Airtel that connection cannot be done because the port is 200m far from my home.

commercial calls from unknown numbers
