I have facing a harassment against air-tel service provider due to some billing issue. iam using air tel orissa mob.[protected]. previously but now the number was suspended due to payment problem;
in January iam used 199 mobile plan with gprs in mobile with limited to 2 GB gprs plans ,after 17/01/12 my plan changed to 99 but at the same time my gprs plan decreed by airtel, but they are not informed to...

This is regarding the Airtel Broadband connection we have had since years. For the last 10 months, we have been facing this problem where the bill amount is much higher than our usage.
We have a plan where the download limit is up to 3 GB per month and we are required to pay around Rs700 per month (inclusive of taxes).The usage is limited to about browsing the net and checking emails for about 10-15 mins (each day)- about 2-3 days...

I have recharged my cell on 13/5/2012 with 39 rs for airtel to airtel 0.10 paisa calling scheme. but I have being charged 1.02 paisa and my maximum frinds having airtel. I have been having problems with unusually high billing from Airtel in the past few months.
I used to be on a 15 GB /month plan and used to download large files once in a while and never exceed my limits.
But since the last year or so since I upgraded to a 30GB/ month plan, my limits seem to be consistently getting exhausted extremely quickly.
