Cancellation of Airtel Broadband

I am drafting this mail with respect to the Airtel broadband connection i was using a couple of months ago. Due to the non-working of my internet connection I registered for a complaint for which I got a reply to my mobile is

"Your Service Request reference number for phone number ch1058599 tn is 8544900. We will get back to you by 08-Jan-2012 15:48:15. This is an auto generated message....

Sir my telephone no. [protected] is dead from 3 months. i have not paid the bill due to over billing and fake issues. Some calls are recieved from the company for bills non payment. upon telling them issues they said Yes sir u r right we will catch u afterwards with new bill but from that time the phone is disconnected and also i aam unable to call the toll free customer care....

Multiple connection not installed after taking payment

I'm Zaheer Mohamed subscribed to digital tv ( customer id : [protected]). On Dec 20th, 2011, I made a payment of Rs.1190 ( receipt no: 50312-Shell Transource) to a airtel tv person for the multiple tv connection. But till now i do not find any service person coming for installation.I do not know why those guys are giving false promise of within 2 days the installation will be done. Automatic change in my prepaid plan

Actually I have complained in Airtel company against getting services get activated on my phone automatically and cut that much amount from my account.

Last month I got a call from Airtel office about a Airtel Apne Postpaid Scheme. so I told her to send Airtel sales person to my office . Next day Sales person came and I have provided documents and deposit for 2 connection . I have given him 600 Rs. and He told me within 2 hours service will activate but its 2 months now and his contact number is switched off now.

worst customer service - Number portability request

I am writing this complaint after chased the airtel customer service for a month, and made about 50 calls to the service person/manager.

I have initated Number portability request from vodafone to airtel a month back. ( actually there was an attempt to initiate, 2months back.. but that time , I have generated the unique port number , and gave to the airtel sales person(1).. it seems he delayed his part.....

Indecent collection employees

Hello,

I was using Airtel Broadband with 2 MBPS, i was offered a free modem at first month ( FEB 2011)

In august '11 the modem got repaired and AIrtel suggested to get it rectified with its service center, but the vendor told he can't as its 5 year old one

Airtel did not respond properly and i got irritated and disconnected the connection

Now after 4 months, a collection...

Problems with STB receiving signals since July 2011

incoming and outgoing barred

my cell number is [protected] i ported in airtel on 13th dec. after submitting the required documents n now after 1 week they have barred my services at 11pm although i have resubmitted my documents again in the evening itself. when i called the customer care to talk on the issue they first kept me waiting in pretext of transfering my call to senior n then disconnected my call. this happened twice n den my customer care service was also barred....

change in call rates and rude behavior

Hello Sir/Ma'am
My name is javed ahmad. I am using AIRTEL PREPAID MOBILE NO. For last 2 years. Last month i recharged with Rs.25 and Rs. 30. For balance but they changed my call rates also without any prior information even CCA of Airtel blaming me that they have informed me by sms. But i haven't received any sms regarding call rates changes.
I called many times to customer care they are not entertaining me farely....
