airtel changes plans without noticing the concerned customer

Hi,

I have used a airtel friends sim last 4 years, which it was always charged with 10 paisa/min.

But now from last two week, i am charged with some what like variable call rate. Always charge differently. I have talked to customer care about the matter, then told me that the company has changed the friends plan without noticing the concerned customer. They said your first call charge you 1 Rs/min then 10paisa/min....

Non installation after a week of payment

Poor Services only Procrastinating

It is really very sad for me to fill this form...

It has been 28 day my service request is still not update rather it has turned into a complaint and that too is not getting any resolution since last 3 days...and the new date is given....(ha ha ha)

I requested the CCR (Airtel DTH) on 15th of August to keep my account in safe mode for 3 months, which never happened and when i reached back to india after 20 days...

not transferring the broadband connection

Incorrect reduction in broadband speed
