My number is [protected] . My complain is on a airtel customer care officer . His name is Rohit. picks a call when called from Pune . Who just makes false promises . I got a new airtel connection which was post paid . For which I have given my license as address proof . They rejected my government issued address proof saying the photo has been stuck. Then this fellow Rohit asked me mail my Pass port scan copy to [protected]@gmail.com...

Mobile No: [protected]. I have not activated any MMS service. But i have receiving sms message and deductiong 2 Rs from my mobile account. iwant to deactivate the same immediately. and return back the same immediatly...

I was given an Airtel connection along with a SONY TV which I purchased last month. When I called up Airtel for the connection, I was asked to pay an initial recharge of Rs.1000, which I did.

When the people didn't install the connection despite a 2-week follow up, I asked to disconnect my service. The following are the sequence of events:

1. June 3: I place a call with Airtel asking for the disconnection....

I lodged a complaint for Airtel DTH as I am not getting signal with error code B001, the weather is normal here, and it is not working from 2 days but they are asking to charge Rs.100 for visit. I've been using Airtel Broadband Connection for a year.My fixed line number is[protected]. We shifted to a new house and we called airtel for shifting the broadband connection to the new address.

I had problem with Airtel broadband so I registered a complaint with them on 20th Feb 2011.
They asked for 8 days time but my problem did not get solved so I asked them to disconnect the phone and internet and immediately I went with another service provider from 28th Feb.
