I am having a mobile service of airtel india with no [protected]. The company has issued bill me for the period 11/10/2010 to 10/11/2010 which have following descreipencies,
1)As per the plan opted by me the sms charge is Rs.0.5/sms the company has levied charge of Rs. 1.00/sms which are sent on 05/11/2010 when I enquire about it the carecentre representative told me that 05/11/2010 was a blackout day but the company has not given me...

From past one month I am trying to activate my official email account in my Blackberry 9300. I am not able to get it done.

I called customer care, everytime new person lifting the phone and giving same response to try again.

Today date - 15th Jan 2011, I have charged 60INR for data services. I didnt make any request for this, or even I didnt get any confirmation from them that should I activate or want to use this service.

This is really frustrating and after talking to AIRTEL CUSTEMER care they simply said they cant refund it and I had to use this service.

He said that i didn't paid the bill on my landline no : 40062481

I was little surprised to hear that as they called me after 1 yr (recd call on Dec 9th2010)

I said i already paid the bill and he didn't agreed for...

I had given my landline set for repair on Dec 24th and was assured with in a week it shall be repaired and sent back to me but after 3/4 reminders also as of today no information is available to me when it shall be returned to me. The local guy Mr Shambu of dwarka comes out with some excuse or the other every time and blames airtel for it. I need my phone duly repaired back as i hv paid for it and if airtel does not want to give is back...

I have been receiving missed calls from past 3-4 months. I have complained about this (4-5 times) to Airtel Customer Service Centre on 121. But they said that they cannot do anything in this matter and I need to activate Call Manager.

I am a airtel user since for past 5 years. Recently I have sifted to Kamothe - Sector 35 area .(owned a flat).
Unfortunately airtel network coverage is very low which is causing frequent call drops.
I have tested other operator (Vodafone, Docomo, uninor etc) network coverage, which is full and consistent.

Is there any way you guys can resolve my problem.

For a 1 min 30 sec call I am being charged for 1hr 30mins in my Dec'10-Jan'11 bill (Bill No.[protected].
Call charges are Rs12/min. Two calls were made on the same day.
One at 8:39:18am and another at 8:40:32am to 5664474 on the 1st of Jan 2011.
The 1st call was charged Rs1080 for 1hr 30 mins.
The 2nd call was charged Rs36 for 2 mins 37 sec....

I am not able to send SMS on Toll Free No's from my Airtel No.
I still have a balance of Rs0.35 (which is almost zero as per condition mentioned on Daily Newspaper Times of India and Navbharat times) but still i am not able to send SMS on TOLL FREE NO. 1900

We took a DTH TV connection from Airtel DTH and the customer ID is [protected] in the name of Vivek Gautam / Charu Sharma. This connection stopped receiving signals nearly a week back. There is NO response from the customer care despite numerous phone calls and assurances, one stupid technician visited and started asking for torch, wire etc and then never returned.
