I am trying to deactivate.
Had called customer care also.
They are not helping, and not able to unsbscribe the text base services.

I want to complain about airtel broadband connection. After many hassles finally airtel has provided me with a connection and this is the 2nd time in consecutive months that my DSL line is down. Last time they fixed it after 1 week and this time it’s the 3rd day going on now. And in all I have taken this connection just 3 months back.

I will NOT recommend Airtel DTH to anybody. I was using Sun Direct and recently moved to Airtel DTH. Airtel DTH quality is nowhere near to even Sun Direct.
