i am sumit kumar from varanasi and my full address is D 62/42 SONIA NEAR SONIA POKHARA SIGRA RAOD VARANASI U.P.-221010 MY CELL No. is [protected](AIRTEL) and i am also useing a other No. of airtel and no. is [protected].
01 sept., 2010 Mr. ALOK KUMAR FROM AIRTEL OFFICE EMPLOYEE, VARUNA BRIJ VARANASI AIRTEL SHOWROOM, come to my office and i pay my one bill and i am saying converted this postpaid no. [protected]...

My mobile no. is [protected]. I am using airtel prepaid connection. I do not use any value added service/caller tune/dialer tune etc. But airtel automatically subscribes me to any of its services and deducts balance from my account. When I complain to customer care, they disable my services but my balance is not refunded. Every month I lose a good amount of money because of this.

I received sms from Airtel saying that, your account has been charged for McPack downloading costs Rs. 50/- (time 4:02 p.m. on 04/11/2010

I have never heard about McPack before that sms, and didnt download anything from my mobile (sim) account also not interested to use McPack.

Please help me to get my money back

I requested for a Airtel Digital TV connection on 8th September, 2010. I visited the Airtel Website and made the payment of around 4000/- for 1 year subscription using my credit card. Later i was found that the signal from the satellite is not available at my flat so i got it disconnected on 12th September.

Since then i have been Calling up with their Customer Care and mailing at [protected]@airtel.in. Everytime...

The problem is that as many times i recharge my sim that balance gets debited and i receive an SMS saying "thanks for downloading javagames. you have been charged rs. 99". as per the information provided by your customer cell that against the recharge of 8 months you will get the subscription of 12 months against the plant of 176/month. but now it comes to my notice that no benefit of 4 months agaisnt recharge of 8 months is provide to us.
