Irresponsible behaviour of staff

Booster pack not confusion.

I opted for a roaming booster pack and paid Rs.42/- for the roaming booster. I also have a regular booster face value Rs74/- by which my calls to Airtel mobiles should be charged Rs.0.20 and other moile and land line at Rs.0.50. But when ever I call any number Paise 55 is being debited to my account. I want to know why.

Unwanted subscription to 54321 airtel services which deducts Rs. 10 everytime

I have been receiving unwanted services like football updates, astrology, friendschat etc from 54321 which deducts Rs. 10 everytime from my prepaid balance. I have never registered to these services. Peace TV Not Available

Its really a serious, when we can have all the channels then why can't we have Peace TV. Airtel people will have the same reply all the time "That they have forwarded our concern to the team" this is not going to help and we as a customer needs a relevant response or a valid reason.
People opt for Airtel just because of the good customer satisfaction value which it has earned over a period of time...

Ineffective NDNC
