Back ground
I have taken pre paid sim from one local dealer in Bangalore and that time the delear told me it will be activated with in 1hr but it has not happend .and i went back next day 2 that delear he told me i given your doquments already, i will check with the executive. But mean time i have called airtel customer care people they told that i have to give document again . so i gave again .it worked. but...

I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for
'financial harassment and mental torture' for the following matter.
Please file a complaint against Airtel Bharti Ltd. (Mumbai Circle) and send
me the form for dragging them to Honourable Consumer Court.

I am using Airtel prepaid card NO.[protected]. On july 14 2010 7:51 PM I received a SMS from Airtel Number 54321. RS. 15 deducted from my account but i never did that activation .but when i called custumer care, he said("aap ke no me jab ye activate huwa hai tho aap is ka labha uthoo ") .

NON - Availability of service from 5th July 2010, I have Many Times make complain at Airtel Digital TV. customer care but since 5th July 2010 I have not found proper solution from AirTel Digital TV office. please refer my complain no.[protected] dt. 5th July[protected] dt. 8th July[protected] dt. 9th July 2010 &[protected] dt. 13th July 2010 they use every time promise to me within 24 hrs. you will get solution....

It has been very frustrating service by Airtel DTH. We recently relocated from Bangalore to Pune. We have called customer service several times within these 6 days to reinstall the Airtel DTH, but every time executives and supervisors from Airtel DTH gave excuses and assurances that the engineer will come and reinstall. Airtel DTH promises the service to be completed within 24 hrs after the call.

I bought an Airtel Digital TV with 3 months south mega pack in dec 2009 . It was installed in our bed room and working fine . At the end of the 3 month period i re-charged my package for 1 year when Airtel offered a discount of 2 months sunscription free .Durig the period of June 2010 my Airtel box stopped working and my family informed me the same as i was travelling out of India . I am using airtel since the month they launched the service in punjab..... neva had any issues except with the ailing gprs and so called edge( as airtel people call it)..... the download speed??? Horrible!! On average my xperia handset should provide me around 20 -26 KBps of download speed on EDGE.........
