I BOUGHT AIRTEL 3G MODEM FROM RANCHI IN 3OOO & MONTHLY RENTAL OF 498. I WAS SAID THAT IT IS HAVING SPEED IN MBPS BUT ITS NOT GIVING THAT. THAT IS NOT THE ACTUAL PROBLEM, PROBLE IS THAT ITS NOT WORKING IN DELHI , THEY SAID THAT IT IS HAVING ROAMING YOU CAN USE IT ANY WHERE IN INDIA, BUT THAT IS WRONG ITS NOT WORKING IN DELHI. I WENT TO AIRTEL COSTUMER CARE OFFICE IN DELHI , THEY SAID THAT WE DONT HAVE ANY RECORDS RELATED TO MY AIRTEL...

1. My Airtel digital Tv customer ID is [protected] I Paid for 12 month super value pack Order ID 6923519
2. April 27,2010-I paid the money through internet on April 27,2010.
3. I recieved an e mail
4. I called the customer care the next day telling details of payment ,plan name etc and it was agreed that installation shall be on May 1,2010 at 11AM .
5. April 29 or 30 -I called (Ms Ruby sales advisor)...

I have a Fixedline as well as Broadline connection on airtel telephone number 42316047. I am fed up with this telephone because of the following problem.

I am unfortunately a customer of Airtel digital tv and having quite bad experience with customer care executives and the service they give. I had call for 5 times for a single request and each time call will atleast last for 30 min and they just put me on the airtel music(put me on hold). Irrespective of holding such patience, they can not arrange for a engineer who can de-install the dish from my old flat and reinstall it on my new flat....

I have been using Airtel Postpaid for the past 3 years or so. An excellent product but poorest customer service.

I wanted to change my Mobile number for personal reasons and approached the Customer care, who told the process will be completed in just 6 Hrs.
So I went to Thrissur Airtel Office near HDFC Bank and gave a written request with the new number and the necessary amount for the process.

I had recharged for Rs. 52 for getting SMS benefits on my mobile connection. It's validity is one month. I had recharged this on 28th March 2010. I stopped getting benefit of this SMS pack on 12th April. I registered a complaint in customer care (complaint no.[protected]. They said that they will revert back to me with solution on 16th April.
