Jokes SMS Pack Activation without consent

My brother Shaival Chatterjee has an Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection No. being [protected].We got it recharged with Rs.25,but to our surprise the balance started decresing without our knowledge everyday.
Upon calling to the Cust Care on 15.01.2010,they told us that a Joke SMS Service charging Re.1.00/SMS/day has been activated on 28.12.2009 by us which is entirely false.
It is the 4th time we have faced this sort of a problem...

Dedicated Account Balance

I had recharge my Airtel prepaid Connection with Rs.444. The problem is that The amount is not updated into my regular a/c. I had talked to customer care and they said that try it with *123*5# number. I called and it says that your dedicated a/c balance is Rs.444 and expiry date is 1 month. I haven't opt for any dedicated a/c and never asked for any other a/c.


PLs consider at the earliest....

There are constant calls (minimum 15) and messages from this airtel number [protected]. This person is really creating troubles. This person keeps calling till you don't receive the call and use all free modes of SMS from internet to trouble other. Incorrect Billing for International Calls

In the month of December 2009 and January 2010, I made some international calls from Delhi to a Europe mobile number in France.
I got my itemized statement and in this the international calls which are not completed (like user is busy, phone switched off, user disconnect the call) are also get billed.
These calls which are not completed should not be charged. In this the maximum calls of duration 1-10 seconds are the not completed...

I am using Airtel prepaid card. On Jan 11, 2010I received three continuous SMS from Airtel Number 543211.I just opened first SMS immediately money deducted from my account .


Immediately I sms them to cancel the helloring tone and call the customer care no [protected] to unsubscribe this service. They assure me that they will do it but till date (13/1/2010) it is not done. Really fed up by this without our knowledge...

Airtel cheating on RC77

Hi

I am an Airtel prepaid customer (number[protected] and have been hopelessly stuck with a problem with my tariff plan since 17th of December.

Based on Airtel's offers I had recharged with Rs 77 on two occassions.
1. Recharged with Rs 77 on 17th September 2009 - which would give a talk time of Rs. 10 and change the calling rates to 50p/60p for 3 months.

Disconnect Modem w/o informing the client!!

Airtel disconnected Mob. no.[protected],-USB Modem- with no intimation to customer although my mob.no.appears on appl.form!! Not used to treatment like this,coming from Germany!! Recharges going to some dedicated Account not updated in main balance

Hi,
Recharged recently my family's airtel mobile no.s [protected], [protected],[protected] for Rs.200 each( i.e. Rs. 200 for each mobile number). For all the three numbers i got recharge successful messages. But , the balance is NOT UPDATED in all the three numbers.

It indicates balance is in some dedicated account which expires in February 07, 2010. For checking balance i have to use *123*4#.

i have airtel prepaid connection on my nokia5800 mobile.i can activated gprs on my mobile.i can subscribe Rs,95% rate cutter also.my rate cutter have 50mb to browse free & validity ends in 31 january.still i have 20 days to go end validity & 50 mb avail browse freely.
but they reduce my amount on my account for the past 5 days.they autometically reduce amount...
