Change in Bill Plan is never reflected.

I have an airtel post-paid connection for last 3 years. Mine is CUG 399 plan. I have tried changing my bill plan several times, but it never reflects in the system. I am getting very huge bills. Recently I tried to change my bill plan to "Freedom" plan that is 1p/sec plan. I followed the instructions mentioned in the website, i also got an sms from 121 saying "Airtel Freedom 249 plan would be activated on your airtel mobile...

NO OUTGOING CALLS

Dear Sir,
I am having mobile no [protected] which I had taken about 10 months back as PrePaid Mobile No.

On Govt barring Pre Paid mobiles in J & K I got this number converted into POST PAID after submitting all requisite documents.

The phone worked as 1 Paisa /Sec for 2-3 days and then suddenly all outgoing calls have got barred.

Following Complaints with AIRTEL have not been responded...

worst customer services

I wanted to bring in notice of the company that the kind of service provided by the Airtel employees is really pathetic.
Just writing customer focus in Vision & mission statement, will not serve pupose. Ground reality is worst.

Fake bills without any use

My self rahul nema ( P. No. [protected]) has applied for conversion of post paid to prepaid connection on 03/10/2009 & paid the dues Rs 130 on 05/10/2009 to M/S shree ganga communications , haridwar.
I had completed all the required formalities in the above mentioned office but the needful has not yet been completed.

Fusion lounge unsubscription

Fusion lounge and Bizzarre Pack are subscribed without the customer's permission. Unnecessary deduction from balance is being done. I request to take serious and immediate action against these mishandling of subscriptions offered by Airtel. Please unsubscribe these packs otherwise I will be compelled to discard the airtel service and use another network provider.

Mobile phone disconnected without any reason

Dear Sir/ madam,

I am using an airtel tel no [protected]. The airtel executive has come on 16th Dec 2009 and took my pending payment. I have given payment by cheque and credit card both and receipt was given by Airtel executive. Through credit card I have given Rs.9000 recipt no 1756751 and through cheque I have given Rs. 4500 receipt no 1728525.

Both payments got cleared by 18th Dec 2009 as per my bank account...

Incorrect billing, Poor services and against disconnection of our phone

We have complained several times to Airtel regarding Incorrect billing, Poor services and against disconnection of our phone yet no action has been taken. We have written to Airtel Nodal officer also but it has been over 15 days and we have still not received reply (our complaint letter courier has been received at Airtel). Our phone is again disconnected (2nd time in last 4 months) causing severe loss to our business.
