this is the second complaint to the consumer forum about my network & service problems i have Send mails to Appellate authority about the misbehavior of the people of customer care 121 and people at lobby of airtel head office at Hyderabad Says that who pays Rs 10,000 payee customers only get service regarding this i have complained to appellate authority through phone & mails but nobody...

I write this expecting your perusal of the entire matter and with an intent to not be harassed for what I am not responsible for.

This noon I received a call from an Airtel mobile number. The caller, a lady named Rekha, claiming to be from Airtel Collections asking for A, who had been my colleague in my previous organisation.

I asked them what this was regarding and was told that it was to realize an outstanding...

Few months back I got a message from Airtel that Missed call Alart has been activated in your mobile free of cost for 3 days, but till date it has not been deactivated by Airtel & cutting Rs. 15.00 every month from my connection. Hi,
I have tried to download 2 songs through airtel live.
one song download 87% and saying download fails, where in 2nd song it is saying Authorization failed. please contact your service provider.

Though i got 2 sms of charing Rs 20 for each song download....

and having the rental plan of (449 + service tax.) that bring my bill to 495 monthley... but from few month they have change my rental to (549 SURF plan ) without intimating...

Dear All Customers,

Airtel is by default enabling its chargeble Value added services like WAP, Airtel Live, Downloadings as default features and violating TRAI Rules.

As per TRAI guidelines, "No Value added service should be enabled to a customer until his explicit consent". You may download the same from TRAI website.

Airtel charged me Rs. 3000 extra for this unwanted Airtel live,...

I too bought a new 6303 and sent a sms for free data usage of 3 months.

I did sms " MY DATA" to 543210
and i got the reply that the service will be activated within 24 hrs and it has nw become more than 48 hrs the service is till now not activated,...

Dear Sir,
I am using the airtel prepaid with no. [protected] (Chennai). The trouble is that i am recieving unwanted advertisement SMS which to my surprise are also getting charged. Without utilising the services of the network effectively my prepaid top up gets emptied out.
It is very annoying that sometimes the no. of such SMS is more than 50 per day.
Kindly let me know how to stop this ad SMS.

My moblie balance is always deducted when i get a msg from 54321..some cricket related msgs i get & my balance get deducted..Plz deactivate whatever that service.I didn't activate. & recover my balance......

my airtel number is[protected]. i mailed to airtel customer care for so many times, that i am not able to make outgoing calls since i migrated from postpaid to prepaid number. but they did not take any steps to solve the problem. i do have all the mails that i have sent to them. please show me the way through which i can sue them, relly i am mailing to them like a mad and they are not replying to me.
