UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR BY COMPANY AND OFFICIALS

I and my father are having AIRTEL mobile connection under CUG tariff plan. Rehecting valid IMEI number

Hi AIRTEL,

I have purchased a Fly company phone with dual sim and dual IMEI numbers. on 12.11.09 I received the message that my IMEI number is not valid and I have to get new IMEI by paying Rs 199. Application money not returned eventhough connection got cancelled due to feasibility issues

Dear Sir,
I had applied for getting Airtel broadband connection on 5th October 2009. I have paid Rs.2600 during submission of application for 3 months (unlimited Rs.800/month plan). But subsequently my application was rejected on 7th October siting feasibility as reason. I logged a complaint and was told that I will be getting my money back within 15 days from the date of cancellation (7th october). But till now I have'nt got...

My money is deducting from my account

Hi, I have been using Airtel postpaid for last 2 years. Recently I have converted my number to Airtel prepaid.
4-5 days ago I talked to prepaid customer care to activate Airtel GPRS in my number. I asked them the best deal for Gprs connection which support my mobile (Apple Iphone 2G). They told me to activate the Service 'Net on phone' with the plan of Rs.99, which gives me unlimited surfing for a month.I activated that service...

We are not having the unlimited Airtel to Airtel offers in South (Andhra Pradesh) as are in North (Mumbai, Gujarat, Jarkhand, etc).

Why these Airtel company is not releasing in Andhra Pradesh as they have released in North.

Offers should be all for the Airtel customers.

As a customer of Airtel we can ask you regarding this matter.

Pulse of call

I own [protected] number with prepaid connection.I have observed while making outgoing call, as soon as exactly 1.00 minute is reached; charge for next minute is dedcuted whereas it should not be. The pulse rate is for 1 minute which means 60 seconds,then why deduction for next call. To be more precise,If outgoing call is completed exactly on 1.0 Minute (60 seconds) Bharti Telecome deducts for 2 minutes and not for 1 minute. Why so ?...

Rs 100 recharge disappearance

Airtel service simply sucks. My Phone Number isi [protected] The sim is from Andhra Pradesh but I recharged(easy recharge) for Rs 100 in Mysore today. Trans ID is[protected]. It got recharged with the bal of Rs. 0.00. Why the hell should the easy recharge person accept my hundred bucks if he is not in a position to recharge. When it is recharged for zero amount, the person was saying it is not my mistake.. it is airtel mistake...DEFINITELY...

about gprs

Now the airtel has no good plans the first plan was good for one day 20Rs unlimited downloading and now they are charging 30p/50kb and also they increased 99Rs booster pack to 119Rs and therefore i am going to change to docomo or aircel which has good offers...

Overcharged bills

My monthly charges is supposed to be Rs. 799/- , but airtel has changed my tariff since then my charges is comming Rs. 3500/- plus my last bill was Rs. 19585/-...

Deletion of Online Postpaid account

Hi,

I have a post paid connection (cell phone number). I created an online account (userid: amandeep_singh_mann).
Later i got a broadband connection and linked that one too, to the same user id. Now i used this account to pay the bills for both of them, viewing payment history and all the services provided by Airtel.

Then i got the broadband connection canceled.

Wolah! after that i am never...

I got a message from airtel service stating that my IMEI is invalid and that i need to get new IMEI from govt approved centres. I purchased my mobile from an authorisd dealer and its been over a year. How can airtel say that my IMEI is invalid!! I would the customer service to sort this out.
