Re- Installation

I am Pramod, Airtel digital TV customer, con ID :[protected]. Recently I shifted my residence to another street. so I want to Re installation of digital TV connection.. For this, rechargd the installtion cost in my account.

disconnect my mobile no

sir,
my self imteyaz brought a airtel preped mobile no [protected] at 18.10.09. after one day this no is activate and then i made a recharge of rs=444/ but after two days, my this no again diactivated. after contact with airtel costomercare and nodel officer, he said that my document not reached there and then i again submit my all proofs alongwith form FOUR TIMES. NOC NOT REC AFTER FULL PAYMENT

I was using one AIRTEL mobile no. [protected] under post paid of Rs.999 for 03 years time. On every bill some extra amount was charged as SMS Others for which they got no solid ans for what they charged and after calling at 121, they normaly waved off. Non activation of incoming call facility

I had applied for a prepaid mobile connection from Airtel mobile service under pre paid category after fullilling the required formalities and depositing the requisit fee on[protected], vis.-a-vis. to Mobile No. [protected]. my ivr blocked Cant able to cal customer care. .

GPRS not activated

Sir, I am using airtel prepaid ( [protected]).I was using GPRS from last two years.I recharged with Rs.98 on 16.08.2009 for GPRS services.After recharge I could not use GPRS. I complained to customer care for about 12 times in a month. Hi,

I am bearing with Airtel Post paid number [protected] with Chennai Circle. Plan is 249 rupees with HCL Corporate account CUG Plan.

In my October month bill statement, i have found Rs.843.98 as One time charges. I called customer care regarding this amount and what is the meaning of one time charges but cutomer service executives are not clarifying my questions and i am not getting detailed statement.

Booster cheating

Sir,
I was using a Rs119/= booster for three months which gave me the benefit of 30p/min to Airtel mobiles and 50p/min to other mobiles and local sms at free of cost. These benefits are for three months and this booster doesnt include any talktime. I recharged with this booster just last month. Today I recieved an alert saying if I use Rs64 booster I will be charged 1p/sec for Airtel and 1.2p/sec for other phones. There was not any...

i am active 24 hour internet pack the mobile office on it .. at 3/11/09 at 4:30 p.m ..i have charge 20 Rs. but at after 7 hour again charge of 20 Rs. rather than it is the pack of 24 hour...no one have listen the my complain......

Exhorbitant Bill without any reason

I have been asking for details and reasons for debit of Rs.4404.40 x5 ( 22222/-) times entered in your record but no answer is coming to me on what grounds the same entries have been caried out in the span of 10 minutes. I have been told that it is on account of GPRS but I fail to understnd how same amount of data can be downloaded in 10 minutes times causing the same amount usage in five entries.
