Hi ,

I am kiran , by profession i am a software engineer from mumbai , I am a regular custome of AIRTEL since last 3 years but AIRTEL did fraud with me . i brought AIRTEL prepaid card : [protected] from pune since 2 years back by submitting mine legal documents .
I was using said card continuously for long time hence mobile number got spread to all my relatives and friends But unfortunately in last month 20/08/09 ...

SIM card problem

Hi --

I have purchased new postpaid connection from Airtel Chennai. after one week my SIM card not working with any of mobile phones irregular model/make. I have changed the SIM card three times

finally I got information from the Airtel executive that the problem with 64KB Airtel SIM card and advised to change 64KB to 32KB SIM card and problem got resolved.

I gave my application in their branch office for the disconnection of my postpaid number [protected] with clearing all my dues from airtel at velocity coustmer care centre for airtel (Rehari).They give me receipt and they said me that within a week my phone will be get disconnected and after i get a call from their costumer care office...

While working with RIL I have taken Airetl Mobile connection No. [protected] (With A/C Id NO.[protected] for which the Sim could not be submitted to Airtel Surat office. Submission of same I approached the Jhansi Office and they conveyed the SIM can be surrendred at Surat office only. Latter Outsatnding on my account was cleared vide slip NO. 58221/15.07.09 at Sadar Bajar Jhansi Airtel office.

Automatically Money deducted without any call from Rs 330 to 6 Rs

I had Airtel Prepaid Connection, Ph. No- [protected].
From that automatically Rs 184 been deducted on 2/10/09 at 1.00 pm. When I call to customer Care they said It is due to ISD CALL. but i did not call. Again at 3.30 the same happened and Rs 145 been deducted . Again the same reply i get from customer care. Customer care did not take my complain.

After that only Rs 6 was left in my Sim. At 5.00 pm my cell automatically...

i'm a retailer..my plan was changed to lifetime..i reported this to my dealer, he said that in our area all retailer sim was changed to lifetime.and also he said that i report this problem to his superior..still after 1week my problem is not rectified.rectify my complaint as soon as possible..(ALL RETAILER SIM WAS CHANGED TO A- A 10P A-O 50P) but mine not changed......

No details available with company

Hi
I have activate for Star News services from Airtel by sending SMS as StarN to 53030
I dont want this subscription now but Airtel company don't have any details for same but every time airtel is charging Rs.10 for same.Neither on internet or operator have any details for how to stop this service.Just messed up.
If possible please try to solve my problems...
