Regarding Friendship SMS

Hello!

I got a complaint against AIRTEL mobile. Every day my friend is getting lots of messages in her mobile everyday to have friendship to a male person with their contact numbers. This is a sort of stupid activity encouraged among the public. Severe action should be taken against them as those messages are creating lots of confusions in a good family. un authorised deduction of amount

My AIRTEL mobile no is[protected].I am having the mobile PREPAID facility. For last one year Rs. 30 is deducted from my balance without opting for the AIRTEL RADIO facility. After deduction on your own you are sending me the SMS stating that AIRTEL RADIO is renewed.

Neither I asked for this facility nor used it.

KINDLY STOP IT IMMEDIATELY AND CREDIT balance( check your records honestly) to my account.

They are not providing connection in Mayur Vihar Phase 3.

I had a aritel broad band connection in noida two months before but at present we are move form noida to mayur vihar phase 3. We are laready put a request to transfer or cancelled iur connection but still we donot get and feedback call from thier technical department.

airtel mobile chat and wap

hi,
this is to complian that my airtel number [protected] i am using this number from past five years may be. from one year simply the currency is deducted and i dont use the wap service. without reason if they deduct this wont be good.and about mobile chat simply unknown people will call to my cell and it makes me irritated. please look into the matter and deactivate the mobile chat and wap service. or i have to go the consumer court....

Excess Bandwidth consumption - translates to excess billing

Airtel broadband was well below the minimum subscription for past 10/12 months. For this month, they show a usage of 20GB and have billed for this usage. During this period there was no change in the usage pattern. Airtel says - "our servers show you have used" - Router is secure (by password & MAC Filters) - there is no scope o[censored]nauthorised access. It is a clear indication that Airtel is ripping off.

Ownership of a SIM

I had purchased one SIM under my name four years back and had also submitted the related documents.

Today when I called customer care,upon telling my name I came to know that the SIM had not been registered under my name.

It has been 4 years and it would be very diffficult for me to change my SIM and impossible to change my name.

Please look into the matter and help me solve this problem....

Before the last two months I got an sms which describes an offer that,
Daily 100 sms free only at Rs 1 daily.. That 1 rupee takes for the first sms we send... And also this is for life time... And also they gave a number to activate this offer.. And I called that number, again they said these all things in malayalam......

Unnessary Billing

HI ,

I am Yogesh , I changed my prepaid number [protected] to corporate (199) post paid, through Tele Star Communication Pvt . Ltd.

I have included 3 numbers in my CUG group which are [protected],[protected],[protected].

Now i had recieved my bill in which Rs.900 is extra included, call on all CUG numbers are included in bill.

So kindly waive off the extra amount and included above mention...
