I gaurav batra am having broad band connection my acound no is 14855777.On 14 aug 2009. The connection has stopped working so i regeseterred my compliant with custmer care no.[protected].

delay in activation

i had asked for a duplicate sim from roshan telecom an authorised dealer of airtel in kodambakkam . a female executive took my request and gave me a duplicate sim card as my previous sim card was damaged promising that the connection will be active in another 4 hours at the maximum . its been more than 24 hours now .. and the connections shows failed registration . this delay has caused me inconvenience ....

I have been cheated

I have been an Airtel prepaid customer for last 1 and half years now.Recently I started to get sms's that they have renewed my Airtel Radio, and every time charged my Rs. 30 for each even though I did not subscribe to any of them. On calling they promised to refund the money but I have not received yet.

On 22/08/09 I had called customer care and spoken to Mr Hanumanthaiah and later the call was transferred to Asha Madam...

Incorrect Tarrif Plan allocated

I have recently taken an Airtel broadband connection, number [protected] (CAF Number: 1825497). The plan committed to me in the CAF was Explorer 1099 under which I was supposed to get a speed of 1 Mbps from 10 pm to 6am.

After the connection was activated, I checked the speed at night and found to be 512 Kbps only. Upon enquiring with the customer care I was intimated that the plan allocated to me was Swift 1099.

Airtel Customer care is WORST

Airtel Customer Care is really WORST so is their Service and Technical Department. They Speak all false and don’t have basic manners of speaking. They cheat people and dump their money.

I have Airtel Prepaid number [protected] and on 15th August’09 I have recharged for SMS pack of 33Rupees.

The recharge agent told me I can check by SMS balance by using the *123*6# key.

Name transfer not done for more than 2 years

I have a spouse connection([protected]) for which I have given a TOC and have submitted all required documents in FEB 2006 and till date it is not updated.(I would have resubmitted alteast 6 times in different ARC's as requested by Airtel CC Managers)

Cancellation request

Hi

I was using Airtel brodband internet connection in chennai for 2 years from 07 to 09 and moved to bangalore on Aug 09 and placed a request for shifting of connection. Since the Area to which i have shifted is awaiting Airtel connection, i had no other option to cancel the connection.

For cancellation i think it is an herculian task with Airtel broadband. The Customer care does not seem to have enough knowledge...
