Blocked ABS 1 satellite channels......

As a DTH subscriber i have the right to see all the FTA channels, but even then Airtel has blocked ABS1 FTA channels i.e. from Asian Broadcast satellite from the last few weeks which is completely wrong. I want you to peep into the matter....

I applied for an Airtel Broadband Connection end of July. From day one I had frequent disconnections. I called customer support and after repeated attempts to reach them and have someone come .. No one came. After a week or so they sent me a Bill. I called up and asked why the bill is sent plus the connection is getting disconnecting 10 - 15 times every hour. Indifferent attitude to cheat Consumer

I recently bought 19"LG LCD TV under package offer of free DTH and Set Top Box.
Spectramind is due to supply DTH according to the package conditions, The scheme close date is 5th Sep 09.But I got the DD and their reply stating form received after closing date. By the data we see on the net this company seems to have a habit of cheating consumers on even small gifts like T shirts. Such companies without values should not be allowed...

Airtel VCC incorrect tariffs

I also have a similar case. I bought Airtel's VCC of Rs.550 and was told tht calls to Australia mobile numbers would be charged Rs.3.99 p.m. However when I placed a call the next day, I was charged more than Rs.8 p.m. I called customer care to verify the same and they told me it was a technical fault and the error would be rectified withing 4 hours. Its been a week & I am still being charged Rs.8 p.m. I have placed almost 10 calls...

Airtel: Range Problem

I am a airtel customer since last 2 and a half years. there is a continuos range problem in the area of Virar to Vasai. (Dist: Thane).

There is literally no range or at maximum only one tower on my mobile at home.

I have already complained this several times to cutomer care, but no hopes.
