I bought Airtel's VCC of Rs.550 and was told tht calls to Australia mobile numbers would be charged Rs.3.99 p.m. However when I placed a call the next day, I was charged more than Rs.8 p.m. I called customer care to verify the same and they told me it was a technical fault and the error would be rectified withing 4 hours.
