Airtel GPRS Technical support

Dear ALL,
I have serveral time call customercare to activated the GPRS service in my handset which has been changed and they have forwared my line to GPRS technical support to neccesary changes but they never pickup the phone. I keep for long 40 mins but they never pickup.Its earlier have tried for same to connect internet through this mobile.I have doubt whether there is such technical support for GPRS....

mobile office subscription

Hello,
My airtel number is [protected]. i hav activated mobile office daily package for rs. 20 per day.
this includes unlimited use of the gprs surfing. my problem is that despite of charged 20 rs per
day for unlimited use i m charged additional charges on surfing. that is 30p per 50kb.
i m facing this problem past 1 month. i hav complained several times but this problem is not yet
solved. they refunded...

Spam SMS messages & extra charges in bills

I'm facing the worst (yes it is worst) customer care service from airtel since the last 2 months (the day I converted my number to post paid).
Firstly, I'm getting 100's of messages in a day (Just imagine 100!!!) from an airtel number 543210.

regarding adjustment of pending amount of Rs.37 in my next bill.

I requested that i convert my airtel lite plan into P.W.D PLAN .I clear my all the dues. i.e unbilled amount till(i.e april 22, 2009 ) that date under the customer account no.[protected] of mobile no.[protected].But my paid amount is more (Rs.37) than of that of my bill. piease adjust my more Rs.37 in my next bill of my mobile no.[protected]....

Automatic Balance Cuts

Hi,

The Complanit regards to automatic balance cuts from my prepaid airtel mobile no ([protected]).

This is happened on incoming messages of love tips and thought for day., I never subscribed this services. who is there handling and playing with our prestigous balance.

It happens after the message comes and saying you have debited rs3 for your VAS Download, (ie daily rs6) (my balance is now rs60...

Unwarranted deduction of Balance

I am an Airtel MP Chhattisgarh. I pursuing my law degree from Raipur and since last 3 months I have been on roaming. On roaming I use to get my number recharged with Rs. 50 SMS pack and thereby avail 400 SMS. The charges were deducted according to roaming tariffs directly from my A2M SMS account.

On 30th June I got another such recharge done. My A2M account shows 400 bal. Yet when I am sending SMSs the charge is being deducted...
