Cheating & levying extra charges

Respected sir,
I activated Airtel's unlimited internet plan by payin 800/ month rental on 15th of july. I was earlierly using 99/ month plan in which i was getting monthly 50 mb free for surfing and downloading. After being setisfied with their speed i called customer care to shift me on monthly unlimited plan for which they gave me *567# no on which i cann call & activated the service. I activated the service the same way...

Balance Cheating

I had been using airtel prepaid for 2 years.but from the last 2 months i received the message like
"Thank you for subscribing to Spicy jokes pack. your have been charged rs 30 for 31 days. To unsubscribe Dial[protected]Toll free)"
without my subscription my balance was deducted 30 rs for every month. Similarly my balance was reduced by different subscription. Eventhough I unsubscribed by[protected] number, still deduction...

SMTP Port 25 is getting blocked by Airtel!

Hi All,

Today on 17 July 2009, airtel broadband service provider is blocking the SMTP ( Port 25 ) for sending email thorugh web browsers.

Kindly check, if you face this issue then you should raise complaint regarding this to Airtel.

For non technical users SMTP Port 25 is the default port for sending email from Outlook or other applications.

Airtel signal dropping and bad response of Mr Kunal Jindal at Pune office

We are disturbed to note that the response of Mr Kunal Jindal of Airtel - [protected] against our complaint of signal dropping 80% of calls, is extremely poor. The boss seems to be out of reach of Ms Prachi and Ms Tejeswani. I do not understand why suc persons have been employed in your company. They are not ready to share the contact no of the person responsible for Pune. We would like to terminate all connections if ths continues.

customers getting cheated...

Airtel Sim Card Activation

I want to complaint that two executives from Appco (DSA) of Airtel company came at my residence during their door to door campaign and sold me two AIRTEL sim cards and took two cheques of RS. 500/- each. They provided me the sim cards, one without number and one writing the no. on pack as
[protected] which they took on calling one of their telephonic conversation with person in their office.

Charging me the internet usage charges which I have not used.

Dear Sir,

I am using a no. [protected] with a plan AIRTEL DATA CARD 99 GPRS PLAN
WITHOUT VOICE from last june 2008. Since than I have not faced any
problem in any billing problem, as it is clearly mentioned in my plan 99
GPRS. I have take this corporate connection for GPRS purpose & it was told
me that you have to pay per month 99 + tax thats all.

disconnection of mobile connection
