Post paid Fraud "9717770790"

Airtel gave a post paid connection to me in Mar 09 at Delhi with 12 months advance rental. They promptly stop outgoing one fine day saying that its Because my cridt limit of Rs 500 has been exceeded. I was never informed of this. When I checked up, for a 14 Apr due date I prepaid the amount of Rs 700 on 06 March 09 with assurance that all services ahall be restored. Hi,

I received a voicemail message from AT-BPQ on 09.04.2009 and adviced to call at this number [protected]. On calling this no. they engaged my mobile for ten minutes with various information about mobile make, mobile service, year of purchase etc.and asked to TEXT Msg the Name, Address, City, Postal address & their unique code which is[protected] to [protected].

I advice AIRTEL to scrutnize such Junk...

Frauding in Bills

Hi,

Did not receive the Itemized Bill as promised by the Airtel India

Hi,

I did not receive the itemized bill containing my call details for the past two months. I made calls to the customer care but it was of no use, though the they promised that it will be sent. I visited one of their branches along the Bannerghatta road twice regarding this issue, but it was in vain. I am not happy with their service. Please resolve this issue as early as possible.

cheating for instrumet caller id with speaker

Sim not working

This is to inform you that I have taken a prepaid card no ( [protected] ) .in december 2006 . From last 2 months I am facing problem like no network on my handset as using Sony K 700i as Iface this problem in a day 2 to 3 times

Mobile Office not deactivate

I had activite my Mobile Office today afternoon.
Now i wish to suspend my Mobile Office, service. i had conact there costermer service excutive on no 12140 & as per them i had to dial 55690 with MASSAGE UNNO. But massage has come back with massage NO DEFOULT CONFIGRATION.

no acknowledgement of bill paid

hi Team,


My airtel account in its website says that the march months bill is rs -231 and then i get a message saying that it is 592 rupees. I confirm by calling the customer care and make 500 rs payment on march 24 and on march 29 2009 i make another payment of 100 rs... however on april 2 2009 i receive a message saying that the payment is not made and my information is shared with the collection agents to collect....

No network connection

My name is Rahul vasavada and my number is [protected]. I stay at virar in Shreemadh Gokul in flat number B/2. The moment i enter my flat there is no network.
