deduction of 10rs from my prepaid mobile connection

sir, i am airtel mobile prepaid customer.my mobile number is [protected].i regularly receive message from 64611010, from airtel that "thanks for using dada sub10 service on airtel wap, you have been charged rs10".then 10 rupees is deducted from my balance, daily.it started more than 10 days before.i am very much worried.i unknowingly went to dada.net, later dont know, how i became a subscriber.i am not using any services of the kind.they...

unsubscribe and stop deducting money

For past many days, i have been receiving messages from airtel live and they are deducting Rs. 10/ for some stardust subscription charges, which have not been required and subscribed by me ever.

It is strongly requested to disconnect all such un-necessary services from this account and stop deducting any money otherwise strong actions will be taken against this as the mobile number is in a CUG scheme of a company and it is...

My name is Shivaprasad, I am receiving a subcription Tax based service message from m.igfun with a number 64611010, Deducting Rs 10/day without using any services or downloading, so please help me to deactivate the service.My mobile no is [protected].After calling to Airtel customer care, they too failed to give a solution to My problem.Please give me solution to rectify my problem.Pls reply....

Blank calls & Nasty SMS in late nights

Dear Sir,

I am ASIF IQBAL staying in KGF, with regards to my sister who is receiving blank & threatening calls & Nasty SMS from past couple of weeks from a number [protected] & [protected]. We suspect it is some local Bangarpet number. I tried calling the person from my mobile, but he picks up the phone and after a while just disconnects it. Please help me out with this. Subscription to yahoo zone

have complained at Airtel Retail Outlet Aghoria Bazar Muzaffer pur to unsubscribe my air tel no. [protected] from their Yahoo Zone but no action being taken since last 2 weeks, they are still charging every week Rs. 10/- it's very unfair. even tried to unsubscribe throuh their given website address but there is not right information given. How long I shall be charged ????????...

installation delay

I'm from delhi . I have purchased airtel STB on 29th dec 2008 and scheduled installation .They told me that your installation will be on 31 dec. by 11:00 AM surely, but nobody came here to me . And when i raised my complained then they told me that it will be carried out by evening of same day 31st dec, but this time also they made me fool. And now they are saying that it will be done on 2 jan 2009 but i niether believe nor intrested...

VAS deduction

I am using an Airtel Mobile Campus SIM. The thing is Rs. 1.50 is deducted from my balance for VAS Download. I dont know what thsi VAS Download is. I havnt download anything from the Airtel service. I have talk with the customer care also, they didnt give any exact reply instead they say we dont know about the VAS download. More than 10 times this amount (Rs. 1.50) is deducted from my balance. Anything to stop this... will be very thankful...

Uninformed charging for Missed call alert (MCA) service

For a call from Airtel postpaid executive to the number [protected], a service called Missed Call alert was automatically installed & the amount charged. We did not accept the offer of this service. This was automatically installed by Airtel against our wish.

I HAD REQUESTED TO DEACTIVATE m.ifun.com & other related mozic on 31st december 2008. and i want the confirmation today itself so no charges are implemented from 1st January 2009.

i have taken Landline connection of Airtel frrom Akhil Tiwari on 11 dec 2008 who is working their as senior officer and has taken extra Rs.300 on saying that he will provide Phone instrument and Dont take i from Line man i will provide but after so many day sand calling on his mobile agagin and again he is not giving the phone instrument nor he is picking up the his Phone to.i know he has cheated me ...So i request Airtel to Stop sending...

daily Rs.10/- less for my balance
