PRE PAID MOBILE - HELLO TUNES

Hello Tunes Services is automatically activated on my mobile on 2nd March, an SMS came and Rs.30/= cut from my balance! After hearing so much unwanted non-sense, I could get the Customer Service Executive online and he booked a complaint stating that he is not able to find out the reason for activation of Hello Tunes Service!

I received a mms from Bangalore on 12/02/2008, but till now I cant received the mms setting to open the same mms inspite of several complaint to your customer care department.

Irresponsibility of the executives / Horrible customer care / No business ethics

International Roaming Dispute with Airtel

I am a Privileged Customer of Airtel and holding this number ([protected]) from past 5 years now. I have maintained a very good credit history with Airtel.

But this time I am having bad experience with Airtel. I was in Mauritius (International Roaming) from 28Feb08-06Mar08. As per Airtel, roaming rates for Mauritius is as shown below:

Abusive and coercive language by employee of Bharti Airtel

Is Airtel in the bussiness of exortion, threats, blackmailng, breaching privacy of customers etc. etc..

The Customer care no. is impossible to connect and if conected instead of solving they cause moree confusion. Are they trained to cause discomfort to consumers who are hapless.

Poor Customer service From Airtel Company

Since last 2 months I am not able to log in to Airtel site http://www.airtelworld.com
I am prepaid user, so many times i contacted airtel's customer care but still no action taken. Very Poor customer service.
Till now no single complaint got resloved.

Why dont you be serious for customer service??????...

Stay Away

I bought a new airtel pre-paid connection and submitted my address proofs as required.The connection was working fine.
Then Suddenly on feb13,airtel blocked all my calls, both incoming and outgoing.
I went and submitted the proofs again thinking the first time there might have been some mistake from airtel's side.
There was no communication from airtel even though i went to airtel office twice in Koramangala,bangalore...

WORST CASE

Hello all,
there is problem in GUJARAT in AIRTEL in it's NOP services ..
i am not able to access the services...
When i am complaining at airtel, They are telling me to wait for 4 hrs..

But after the 4 hrs the same answer...

i was not able to access this service in last week for 4 days...
so only 3 day they have provided that service..

outgoing is working but incoming is not working

Airtel Pune Customer care service non existant and System totally faulty.

Since the day I brought my Lifetime Sim (29/02/08) I am fedup with the support from Airtel.
I have been trying to Activate my GPRS and am not able to.Trying to call up 121 mentions to send a SMS and nobody responds to it . You can never speak to a customer executive.
I went to the relation ship centre and they do not have any idea. Went to the Airtel main office and they too were not of much help.

Wrong Bill generated and no reply from company

Hi
While taking Airtel connection the representative commited to provide first 2 months rentel free and 200 local minutes free for all the months.
Inspite of that I got the bill for which I logged the complaint (2 times) with Airtel and the same was closed without any intimation.
