Poor customer care

Dear Sir,

I am having Airtel Landline and broadband connection. Since, i have to travel Uk for six months i thought of placing my broadband in safe custody (300 Rs per month) and customer service told me that I need to pay 300 for safe custody and call charges for my landline phone. I agreed and gave the cheque to my father before I left the country.

airtel customer care - Pathetic

My father had an Airtel post-paid connection, which he surrendered after duly paying the outstanding bill on 6.6.07. however, since then the Airtel people have been bothering him for a futher payment of Rs 695. Everytime, he clarifes by producing the payment receipt & subscription cancellation receipt.
Now, they've sent him a legal notice implicating him in the court of law. there is no response from airtel customer care,...

I am getting "Sim Registration Failed" from past one day and I have made call to the customer care. Per them I visited one of the airtel oulet and informed. regarding credit card xerox missing which was given for Standing instruction

I have provided standing instruction to Airtel using my standard charted credit card for Bill payment.
In december , My card got expired and Airtel person called me and told to provide new Standing instruction with xerox copies of front and back of my credit card. Outgoing blocked

I think Airtel- verification agent are un-educated, They met me twice for verification at my office. Finally I got sms, that due to negative verification , your connection is discontinued.
Now outgoing call has been blocked.

After I complaint to Airtel office regarding this, they say they will come for re-verification after 5 days. Its really frustrating. Airtle is such in-efficient organization.

I am regular user of airtel prepaid mobile from 1.5 years. On 17/01/2008 bol bol pack was activated without subscription and they didn't tell anything nor sent sms about it.

they charge processing fee without information

i hve the problem with airtel i had one airtel lifetime connection according to airtel they only deduct service tax for recharge voucher.

on 29/01/08 i got the message from airtel that recharge with 39 RS and ur STD Call rate will be reduced to1.25 paise to all bihar for 30 days on 31/01/2008 i recharged my cell by that scheme. on 01/02/08 i recharged my that number in wich i got that scheme by 25 rupees...

We have toll free numbers [protected] and [protected] and the numbers are being used as a Helpline for the Saathiya Program, Providing Reproductive Health advice and Family Planning Counseling.
