no service - airtel

Hi, i’m using airtel as my primary number for so long years. For the past two weeks, it shows ”no service”, i tried to swap the sim to the other mobile but the results are the same ”no service” i tried contacting airtel customer service through my father's phone they didn't answer the call. I'm struggling without a sim could not able to make a call or receive an otp. Please resolve my issue asap....

reverse wrong mobile recharge for airtel

Dear team,

Hi i am prasanna kumar, recently i have did a recharge transaction through airtel my money (Airtel app). But due user interface i have entered wrong no during the transaction.

Kindly reverse the same in correct mobile no.
I have already message the same information to “59109” but i got respond “no keyword found”

Now please do the needful on urgent basis…. Details are...

amount deducted but airtel recharge failed

I have recharged my mobile number -[protected] through airtel app for rs. 449 on 8th april 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference number from bank. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

recharge not successful

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 49 on 8th april 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of rs. 49. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

network and internet issue

Dear sir/ma'am
I have complained about my network issue too much time but there is no result to my complaint. I have raise complain to customer service number since january. They give me just a hope. I am living in a good network coverage but only in my phone network problem while my phone is new. I am too much tired to call customer service. I am an airtel customer for eight to ten year. I think i should change the network operator....

prepaid recharge not successful but amount in paytm deducted

I am rahul. R, one of the customer of your esteemed company. I recharged to my mobile number [protected] of rs.449 on 8th april 2020. The recharge was done via airtel app by linking my paytm account to it. The amount got deducted but the message showing recharge successful has not yet come to my number and the recharge is not updated in my airtel app as well. Please do the necessary things to be done and either activate my recharge or refund...

Due to emergency of covid19 i was unable to visit airtel gallery. As i had to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid. So did not wished to continue with postpaid. And they asked me to visit gallery for converting to prepaid. And because airtel galleries were closed i asked them to discontinue the plan and when this all gets over i'll pay the amount. So they already closed the plan back 15 days. But they generated the bill and are forcing...

payment problem airtel prepaid

I had recharged my airtel prepaid no. With ₹149 on apr 8th 2020. It's been quite a while and i still haven't received any recharge.
I had recharged the no. With airtel app.
It's been 5 hours now.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I had recharged with the app several times earlier but this is the worst experience in t time of emergency.

I recharged yesterday that is on 7th April 2020 around 11.30 through Airtel's mobile app
After choosing Rs 249 plan I applied Rs 50 off coupon and paid Rs 199 to airtel via BHIM UPI. It says payment is done and amount is deducted from my account but recharge is still pending....

airtel dongle speed

I have recently bought a new airtel dongle they have assured me that their is no network issue in my area and I can use data at the speed of 8 to 10 Mbps but I am not getting speed more than 2 Mbps and right now I am working from home due to this I am facing problem.
