unable to use 4g speed

Dear Sir /Ma'am
I am unable to use 4g speed. I have recharge 599 plan but I will not use your 4g speed your 4g speed is maximum 30 kbps and network is very bad every time your network gone up and down when I call your customer support he will suggest me to wait about one month kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible and my cell phone number is [protected]...

failed prepaid mobile recharge

Sir/Madam,

I performed a prepaid mobile recharge of Rs. 399 (txn id:[protected] on my airtel mobile number xxxxxxxxxx on 02/01/2020. The said amount was debited from my account but I didn't receive any recharge benefits.

Kindly look into the matter at the soonest possible.

Looking forward to your kind cooperation in this regard.

Today morning i just recharged with Rs 379 /- after that when i try to open certain websites it is just redirecting to http://one.airtel.in/rcconf and nothing is working after that i contacted Airtel customer care on call and thier response was simply remove the SIM and restart handset. They even don't know the exact problem and Customer Support executive told that there is no issue from their and issue is with my handset only and he is speaking...

poor bandwidth for data

The customer support for Airtel is ridiculous and a joke. Not that any other customer care numbers are any better.
I signed up for the wi-fi hotspot dongle provided by Airtel. It has been six months since I have registered my complaint with Airtel regarding the poor bandwidth and erratic behaviour that I am experiencing with the dongle. airtel no internet

I am using Airtel Postpaid services from September. But from month of november i am facing network issue and no internet. I raised a complaint with Airtel customer care on 29th of November. It is still active, and when i called customer care for couple of times they just kept saying its in progress and will be resolved in 3 days. There are bank toll free numbers where we can call banks and for any issues which are toll free numbers. But Airtel is charging Amin balance @Rs2.5/min Even I recharged unlimited pack, calling toll free numbers is not eligible with unlimited packs, Airtel is charging more amount of money from customers for calling toll free numbers even if we have unlimited recharges done.. Even calling Airtel customer care, they are not responding properly...

ordered fastag on 9.12.2019 but not received

I have ordered fastag on 9.12.2019 but till now i have not received. And a i want my money back.
I have complained to customer care through phone then also mailed but not getting any response. When i mailed got response we are working for you. Since 15 days repeatedly complaining but no response.
Why they are harrassing people i don't know .

amount debited product not delivered

Today at 3:03pm i recharged my mobile number from airtel application by payment through Paytm wallet. Amount was 48Rs.
Recharge got failed. Paytm says they are not responsible because it is merchant's job for delivering products. I have screenshots of failed recharge. I was looking for refund in airtel application and it wasn't available there. I need refund of Rs48....

very weak signals in my area.

I am a resident of Whitefield area at Bangalore and the airtel call and data connectivity is extremely poor in the area. Submitted multiple complaints but I always hear it has been rectified but to no avail. At a home on 3rd floor I cannot talk on call on my mobile phone because there is no connectivity of the network....

I did a recharge of 1 year plan like 2 months ago
And now since Airtel told that their plans adds up in queue I did a 3 month recharge and after I checked its status it is not even reflecting in my account ...after talking company customer care, they say that recharge is successful, u will get benefits too but it won't be reflected and u can't use them ...my 598rs recharge is in water due to this fraud...kindly see into this matter...

sim card error - "no sim"

wrong data usage

One of Airtel customer care says that some apps use data while connectivity is off and my data is consumed by those apps. Another one says that your sim is in slot 2 where an issue is rising of wrong consumption. My phone data usage is also not showing any data usage but their senior says our computer is showing data usage, how is it possible. Stop Befooling me Airtel....

fastag not delivered to my address

I have bought fastag on your app, just based on your earlier service.

Its been more than a month you have not delivered the fastag.

1. There is no way to complain about the fastag being not delivered to my address.
2. 400 call center number is not having an option related to fastag
3. Your faqs don't have any on non delivery of fastag which should be quite possible

delay in delivery

After 14 working days of fastag bought in airtel thanks was not delivered. It was shipping in the dtdc courier.so please don't buy the fastag from airtel thanks app.and adequate information from the customer service was not provided by them .simply they were told that the inconvenience will be rectified within 1 day or two day so due to poor service of the airtel thanks to delivery of fastag .the services of airtel are inadequate so please...

This complaint is regarding the recharge that i performed on my airtel number on 28th december, 2019 with inr 500 rs. I got a message stating that the recharge was successful soon after payment, but did not receive that amount in my prepaid balance account till this time (1st january, 2020; 7:36 pm).
Airtel, please credit my money as soon as possible. Kindly do the needful and oblige.
