I request for the new sim on 5/8/2019 and they gave me new sim, after 2 days still the sim was not activated and they said that my request has been rejected saying that info is mismatching which is not true as they didn't updated the details in their system when i bought hte sim for tha first time

I am being charged for calling 1860 series numbers in-spite of having a unlimited local and std calling plan and also acyivating rate cutter tarrif of inr 65/-.

After reaching out to airtel customer support i was told that these are special numbers and you will be charged inspite of having a unlimited calling plan or after activating a tarrif cutter plan....

I can't even browse freely on chrome and also can't even play online football games using airtel network because of the redirection towards onr. Airtel.in/recnnf and i hate this thing it always appears on my screen whenever i tried to browse after recharging with an airtel data pack. With regards to the same, i checked with the uae service provided 'etisalat' and they confirmed that the sms is being sent from there network and receiving network "airtel' needs to troubleshoot.

I applied for broadband disconnection in february 2019. I received 2 confirmation calls from the airtel team and was said the connection would be cut in next 1 month.
But nothing happened. Then again i raised a request in june end (Or july 1st week) and i again got around 6-7 confirmation calls for disconnection each time being assured that connection would be cut and won't be receiving any further calls.

I already paid my bill 189 rupees on 3/8/2019.
But today 5/8/2019 is my outgoing service is off by Airtel.
Now i call in customer care 2 times, but no any response by the care office.
He told me you request is solve in 2 hours
But now take more than 4 hours and not activate my number
Now i request to activate the outgoing call. If i go another operator..

Dear service provider .i am naved i informed you that all outgoig call is bocked on my number from today so pls deacivate dnd on my mobile numer as soon as posible..

Airtel number [protected] has been registered for sim change from[protected] to[protected]. Still number has not been activated. Please look into the matter and do the needful in this regard.

I was a prepaid customer till april 2019 and at that time airtel network was not that good but it was adjustable. I had to go to the us for my personal work and when i approached the local airtel outlet in bhubaneswar, they told me that they don't have otp services available abroad for pre-paid customer.in order to have the otp facility, i need to convert to post paid customer. I agree and i did that.in the us i didn't get any otp services....
