My prepaid mobile number [protected]. My airtel sim is not working.
I tried to take new sim with documents but its not getting accepted due to date of birth mismatch.

I went to airtel store, talked to customer care, mailed [protected]@airtel.in many times, but no use.

One of the customer care guy suggested to change my number...

I recharged with 448 rs plan (For which i paid 398 as i had airtel coupon of 50 rs) and i got a message of successful recharge. However when i started my internet it did not work. So i checked on airtel app and it was not reflecting the new validity. So i recharged it again with same plan and still internet is not working and validity is not reflecting.

Kindly check and when resolved kindly refund my 398 as i need only 1 plan...

My airtel digitaltv customer id is [protected]. On 17th may i put a service request 89205421 for signal not coming. They told engineer will visit bla bla. But no engineer is visiting afterwards. After calling daily to cc, they transferred my call to senior supervisor who said that they will resolve the issue within 5 days. Maybe the last 15 days were not enough for them! Even after that 3 more days are gone. But no call from engineer... Nothing....

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 448 on 8th june 2019 and received an sms from sbi net banking with transaction reference { (Future reference uh[protected]Oper ref[protected])} of rs. 448. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

Airtel signal is proper but airtel 4g signal is not working and i am use airtel sim last one year after port number, you can see last 1 year i'm recharge rs 399 pack but i'm not use 4g data any day because 4 g network not working properly, l have last option to port my number to other network, i'm already give complaint to your service executive but my problem not resolved.....

I have recharged my phone number [protected] as on 31st May 2019 through Airtel app linked with PhonePe transactions ID - (C1905311345462168688573) . The amount was deducted sum of ₹308 from bhim upi PhonePe app but I didn’t receive any conformation regarding my recharge from airtel. Kindly look in to this issue....

Airtel executive ported my connection from vodafone to airtel postpaid (Rn:[protected]) by fraud /on higher plan in gurgaon and i somehow got trapped in their net and my old number got stuck with airtel. Calling helpline, written to nodal and appellate not helping and even after writing many mails they are not providing complaint number. I even asked to waive all charges and convert it to prepaid but their senior staff is also silent on this....

And deducted the late fee charges, sir i called him 5 times but their customers talk in a rude behaviour, i have recording of these peoples about the offer of 176

My airtel postpaid number is [protected]. My last outstanding bill was Rs 471 and the last date of payment was 30th May. I initiated the payment in the airtel website (https://www.airtel.in/) to pay the bill through my debit card and got two consecutive payment failures one by one until the third time was successful. We are not getting proper data connectivity and we are facing this problem since last 2 weeks. Sir, maine apna airtel digital tv [protected] rashid khan ke name se ka 1 year ka plan oct 2018 mai karaya tha jo ki mujhe 1199 mai offer kiya gaya tha lekin 6 month ke baad mere tv channel chale gaye hai maine customer ko phone kiya to khte hain ki ab iska labh aap nahi le payenge jab maine net par iska solution dekha to mujhe pata chala is site par complaints dalne se problem short out ho jayegi......

Mene 30 may ko 249 ka tc karaaya h par mujhe double data offer nhi mila. Customer care ko call krne par bolte h ki ye offer aapke number par available nhi h. I travelled to us from 2nd march 10th march 2019. Before the travel on 28th february 2019, i called airtel customer care to stop all the paid services
While i am travelling. This i did to ensure to avoid any roaming and service charges. I switched off my mobile data before i left india on 2nd march.

Poor speed even at 4g in here, we are not getting what we paid for. I often have to switch flight mode on and off for better speed. This is not only my problem, this is the problem of the whole community living in here. If the problem persist most of them will switch their network.
