My number is not working and its showing "emergency calls only" and i'm not receiving any calls and can't even dial customer support number. Please resolve this issue asap.
As i am using this number for a long time and i cannot change to any other number. Airtel is always coming up with new problems and this is so much irritating. These practices should be stopped. Resolve it asap....

I am a airtel subscriber and have paid 1000 rupees for getting free incoming for lifetime in 2007 and the validity of sim was upto 2025.
They promised that i will be eligible for lifetime free incoming calls.
Now they are asking me to recharge to get incoming calls and reduced the validity to 1 month

Hi, my sim was blocked almost 30days ago and i am trying to collect the same number since the month.

My friends visited three customer care offices in bangalore and didnt went well. I am regulary using the sim and recharging the sim. But no idea why they blocked and not getting the proper response to get the same number.

Airtel cut 35rs/- from my balance twice making it a total on 70 rupees on the same day. I use prepaid airtel. And i’m no way able to contact the customer care. Please help me get refund. For now i tried and deactivated vas but i need the refund. Airtel prepaid number: [protected].

I have been using airtel postpaid almost for year but the data speed problem is persistent and i have done many complaint but no solution they always keep saying new tower is getting installed. From last 1 year same issue. Finally when i decided to port out they are calling me like hell for not porting out. I will suggest govt. To stop their fake ad of tv for 4g high speed it is 110% fake. I recharged my airtel prepaid with 399 unlimited pack, and where i got airtel thanks benefits, 1.4 gb data per day and unlimited calls for 84 days.
But when i checked my data balance on *121*2# it shows 5120 mb left from add - on. I thought it will be used after i finish my daily data limit. But it is not being used, ever day when i consume my daily data. And when i check the data balance it shows 1 mb left from daily data limit.br...

I have done complant many time at airtel custmer centre but till now they have no solution of my problem of recharge not done to my mob. No. [protected]
Your custmer care executive behavior is very roude with custmer they have not intrested with custmer to their problem they talks many tlme with other staff members & not attend custmer

I had purchased the airtel number +[protected] on dated 11/03/2014 and was using the same till 06/05/2018.

I was not in town for few months and airtel has disconnected my services without giving any intimation.

I am following with airtel team from last many days regarding restoration of my number but there is no response / revert from their end.

Ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service....

I have recharged my mobile number recently and i am unable to browse due to one. Airtel.in pop up ads which redirect me every time i try accessing any particular site. This has been a problem with airtel for years but instead of taking website/popup down they have done nothing.

I can't browse for hours what's the use of recharging.

Genuinely thinking about moving to more customer friendly network....

This is to bring everyone's kind attention how 'airtel' deduct money without the user's consent.
I am an airtel network users from years.
But now i am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. From past 6-7 days, my mobile balance is being deducted with rs 3.0 in every 1-2 days. The message which i received from airtel is:
"thanks for using fantasticgem. You have been charged rs 3.0 from your airtel mobile account....

When l type *122*mobile numbber# recharge is not done by the said code. Then i try through airtel mitra app only some numbers recharge which is topup. Scheme recharge and offers recharge are not done by airtel mitra app. The massage appers on the display you cannot access this function from this hand set. I change lapu from one hand set to another but result same. Sir what is the problem in etop plz solution of this problem. Only l recharge...

In every bill airtel charges rs 5 extra for international sms to[protected] which they say is because of imessages. I disabled the feature but still airtel is charging me.
This is fraud i can't follow up with apple and airtel every time. You are supposed to do that not customer. Why should i disable the feature which i want to use. Airtel is such a fraud and cheat. I am changing my network....

I am new customer of air tel dish residing in khanna pb with c. Id [protected]-001 my reg. Mobile no. Is[protected]. I have purchased this setup box with so called dhamaka pack for one year.
From the day one i am not able to add on any of the channels as message to 54325 is not been able to deliver from my reg. Mobile neither it reflects my balance in my acc.in my dish. I have spoken to c. Care min

I did not opt for any international roaming plan, airtel people activated international roaming on my number without my permission and now they’re charging me 99000 rs for the same. My credit limit is 4200 and even then they did not bar my services and charging a bomb now. Within a span of few minutes i got all the messages of bill on 14th december.

At 3:30pm i got message -

I’m unable to call 59059 for activating the airtel sim card. My alternate phone number is [protected]. Can someone resolve this?
It’s been more than 7 days since the port request and the number hasn’t been successfully ported yet. Every now and then i get the airtel network but i’m unable to call the activation number. It doesn’t connect.
Can someone from airtel please solve this soon as it’s a very sub par customer...

My airtel prepaid mobile no. Is [protected]. Airtel discontinued my services due to not recharge minimum balance.in my account balance of rs. 7.50 then also they have been disconnect my service. When i am asking to customer care they told me they did not receive any such orders if the balance in mobile can not disconnect the service, minimum balance recharge will have to die....
