I have recently done a recharge of rs 999 through sbi netbanking. I have not recieved any confirmation message of recharge. Amount has been deducted and there is no ststus of my recharge. Please refund my amount. If there is no availability of this pack why they have put these packs on there website. Please resolve my problem.

I have been using airtel for past 10 years and never delayed or defaulted payment. Bill for rs 588 was due on 14th september against my post paid. I made payment against my card on 14th september in fact for rs 648 on 14th september.
This has not been accounted by airtel and they have been showing outstanding against my account. They desired a scanned copy of my card statement - which was also sent. This clearly showed payment made...

I received a call for airtel potring from rekha jaswani, she gave all false info and was asking for my otp, i denied to share my otp and she insisted and started abusing on call!
Spome to her manager, they were calling from rajajinagar bangalore dsr.. This is intolerable!!!

Never expected this from airtel

I'm using airtel postpaid connection since last 5-6 months and the internet is slower than a 3g connection here even though i'm on full 4g coverage. I don't get the internet speed of even 1mbps. I've been complaining since last 4-5 months. And they themselves say that the network condition is bad here yet they aren't fixing it. They are charging me the bill for 4g internet too but what's the point if i'm not able to use 4g as 4g and not as...

I am an airtel customer from around 10 years.

Since last month 3 times it has deducted 20 rupees each time, total 60 rupees. And the message that i receive is regarding the primezone, i don't know what this prime zone is and when i try to contact customer care they say they cannot help as it is from the phone.

I am writing with sheer disappointment and the inability of officers from airtel to provide a satisfactory response or evidence to my complaint.

To cut a long story short, i had requested one of my mobile numbers to be ported out to another operator. The request was declined on the premise that the number is not 90 days old. However this is incorrect.

I’ve been complaining/e-mailing airtel for the past few years about our poor local/hometown airtel 4g internet as well as drop in call services. Till now they have provided a reliable solution and they only keep on replying with the same excuses. Nothing has been done to improve the network services. Please take this issue seriously airtel.

I recently port in to airtel. I frequently travel overseas, this time when i landed in dubai a charge of 99 inr is deducted from my account, i have not activated any pack. While calling customer care they said it is automatic deduction and every time you travel you need to pay this amount for a month.

I need to deactivate this pack immediately and get my deducted amount back. Customer care girl directly said it is mendatory....

The fixed line airtel internet connection in my house has not been functional for a whole month. I have repeatedly called the local airtel technician in charge of these things to no avail. Each time i call, they say they will come to check it in two hours. Never turns up. On top of being poor professional ethics, this is an incredible waste of my time.

If this doesn't get sorted out in two days, i will cancel my connection...

Very poor signal at my home of airtel dongal.. My area is vill ghuggar near ashia palace palampur.in the main area of palampur the signal is good but within 1 km the signal is very poor. I have complained also about it over customer care.

Trying to renew my monthly recharge pack from day before yesterday it's not getting recharged tried in net banking, paytm and in Airtel app first tried 199rupees and then 249 rupees recharge then 30rupees top up it's says Airtel declined your recharge tried as many times as possible it dint work then went to Airtel retailer for recharge even there it got failed please do rectify this asap I have even complained to your customer service after...

I have been facing poor speed and call drop issue since July.
I have raised the issue till appellate authority but in vain. I am still facing the same issue and every time I get the same pre defined reply from them that the indoor quality is poor in your area. I mean do I have to sit outside to use internet?
If yes then why they do not mention this in the advertisements on TV.
They are looting the customer and on 4G network...

I want to complain against airtel mobile operator. Bcoz i call a number from last 30 minutes but every time operator says the person u have call is busy... If customer have no signal or switch off then provide a right information but this is too much. But i have no words to say for telecom operators. Airtel is a well reputed company in india. But i can't understand how they do this type mistakes. U are not afford this....

There are too much problems in your service. My prepaid mobile no. is [protected] is not receiving messages and your customer care is not receiving my phone. I m calling the customers care last 1 hours and until I have no response from customer care. When the anyone call me and my phone is switch off or not reachable or airplane mode then I receive a message right now. SMS missed call service is not active in my network....
