Hi Team,

I am sridhar from Pragathi Nagar, and recently took a airtel broadband connection. I have took a prepaid plan for six months with 2702 INR and paid the same. As per the plan i have to get 16 mbps speed, but they have enabled 8 mbps (2100 INR). I have called the customer care/sales/installation team about 10- 20 times. poor 4g speed and frequent network change to 3g

I have recently recharged my airtel plan for 1.4 gb 4g for 84 days and the result is quite upsetting. I tried to pay my bill (Of rs 357) on 07-oct-2018 for vodafone no [protected] from my airtel app which is also there in the same mobile. I tried twice but the transaction were unsuccessful. But, all of sudden i saw that my wallet balance reduced by rs 357. I was waiting for readjustment but it didn't happen. Plz refund back my amount immediately.

Dear sir,

I am using airtel post-paid corporate connection (Mob# [protected]) since quite a long time. Recently, sometime around jun'18, i have upgraded my post-paid plan and received one year subscription of amazon prime (Next renewal date : 21st jun'18).

Now, on 29th sep'18, suddenly my prime subscription got deactivated without any justification. I have not changed my plan and this has become quite frustrating...

I am facing data signal issue in my home location and have logged a complaint in jun 2018. Airtel representative visited the location and agreed that there is a issue and they need to migrate the service accordingly. (Most of the time data speed is 1 mbps or even less). Since then following with airtel every week but no satisfactory actions till date. I even requested to escalate this complaint but not seen any progress. Thanks....

Airtel is sending the mobile bill of [protected], to my mail address and also calling me to pay the bills, this is not my number not even belongs to any of my relative.

I suggested airtel many times to correct the data at their end or call the customer directly. Or cut down the connection user or customer will contact them back.

technical error regarding my number

On 26th august i converted my airtel number ([protected]) to prepaid... Everything went fine.. My number was working fine till yesterday when i received a mail referring to some unpaid amount and threatening to stop my outgoing... I went to the airtel store... They said there is some technical glitch which be resolved... Today morning suddenly my number is shown as a postpaid number with no plan or data... I am calling airtel customer care...

no proper signal of airtel in our place

I am using around 4 sims of airtel - [protected], [protected], [protected]

They is no signal in our place, and its zero network and we need to come on the road to get connected and i think its the worst network going day by day.

After several complaints also they is no action to rectify the problem.

Pls correct your network or just close your service....

booster pack airtel

I am not able to deactivate booster pack. 3 gb 4g/3g data [protected]@rs450 (Post 3gb data charges apply). Have raised this lot of times.

You are requested to immediately cancel the booster data pack from my postpaid plan otherwise i'll be forced to change over to a different service provider and file a complaint against airtel.

weak signal strength

I want to complaint regarding your signals. There is no signal at all in my area. I had a opinion of "why did i choose this nasty network", oh god i couldn't get signal for both voice and data even i go out of my house. Really tired of it. I'm unable to communicate with anyone. Im a prepaid user, it's like whatever i'm paying for recharge going into vain. It need to be "value for money". Im very disappointed with this network.

airtel fraud for international message to 00447786205094

In my airtel bill for the period: 05-sep-2018 to 04-oct-2018 bill no:[protected], it was showing i send international sms to the number: [protected], 2 times. Details below:

But i haven't send any sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked online the same number found for fraud in airtel's other customer complaints...

I am a customer of airtel since long having mobile connection no. [protected]. Since last two month no service is being fetched. Causing serious problem in communication. Please do the needful immediately because without the connection, i am unable to carry all business. Due to non availability of network i am unable to work at facebook, messenger, whatsapp etc....

I'm complaining about having no network at all
