I have reached out to airtel support to deactivate my connection several times, but they are not disconnecting the service, instead they tell me that a senior executive will need to discuss the reason for disconnecting the number and will call you within 24 hours and nobody calls back. This has happened more than five times and i have been getting the bills every month.

Im using airtel network since 12 years, never troubled me in all those period. But now since 4 months, facing more problems regarding no network access and while coming to internet its too worst, so many times tried to contact airtel customer care for support, but no use. The worst network now to solve customers problems. So planning to shift the netwok....

Cannot use my data at all. Call drops continuously on every calls and sometimes cross connection takes place. And i have to call a person atleast 15-20 times then the call connects and i can talk. After call gets connected it drops too. Complaint has be done but no improvement at all. No network coverage at all at some places. See my unused data till now. I think i am regretting by switching to airtel from vodafone i think i hv to now port...

Hi. I bought a new 4g airtel sim 2 days ago. I am able to send messages but i'm not able to receive the same on my phone. I bought a new phone and had to replace my existing sim with a new one. I don't know why i'm able to send messages alone but not receive any. I am not able to carry out any online transactions since i'm unable to receive any otp. Please look into this as soon as possible....

I have received sms from at-airfta informing "your request for porting the xxxxxxxxxx to airtel has been received"

I never made a request to change over from the present operator to airtel. Then how did this happen? Who gave my number to them? Under what basis the airtel has sent such unsolicited message? Please take necessary steps and action against airtel. Thank you.

I am using cell number [protected] and the quality of the reception is very bad. If I use my phone to make a call my contact always complains the voice break, similar when I receive a call. This s a problem is maximum in my residence address.
I also use VODAFONE but it is very much better, Can you help to improve the performance ?...

I was not getting any network. After trying the sim in different phones i realized problem is with sim card. I Called the customer care at 121, they advised me to change sim. I got the new sim and inserted it in the phone slot. I received the signal in 10 min and a msg stating "your services have been set. Please restart handset". After restarting i'm getting a "no service" message. What is the issue. Why do i have to keep running around...

I have submitted for porting my airtel no[protected] from maharashtra circle to karnataka circle on may 21. It is still not completed. I have called all the complaint no without any result. Twice i recd call from airtel that it will be done within 24 hrs but actually not done. Meanwhile i am paying for roaming charges while using phone. Since yesterday nobody is picking my phone. Respected authority, please do take strict action on airtel services giving fake promises to costumer saying that airtel 4g is the best.in my locality visakhapatnam steel plant, township, sector 3. Airtel services are very bad complained this issue to airtel many times but i didn't found any solution.in my area airtel 4g is not at all working. Not providing proper service. Please help....

I request trai to please ban airtel in jharkhand. It is such a fraud company luring us by sucking money for what they are not providing. Very very useless garbage company a vittal trash. Vittal trash must kicked out from our jharkhand his garbage has no right to do business with fraud intention to lure us to pay for what they are not providing. And he convinced me that there is no hidden charges and no sim activation charges it is totaly free from our side and he spoke a sugar coated word taught by you. As this is your policy to attract customer by using sugar coated fake words.

I met with an accident and my phone is damanged due to the phone fell down aling with me and my vehical. I am covered with insurence for my bike and for me as well. When i submitted the claim for handset insurance they said it is rejected due to negligence. How the hell it is come under negligence? This is a # service providing my airtel and everytime we submit claim they by default reject our claims saying improper handling....

I have been a airtel customer for almost 10 years now and recently moved to uk. Before moving to uk i wanted to convert my airtel postpaid to prepaid as i was just using my airtel sim for bank transactions. But some airtel executive called me and changed my mind to keep the postpaid as they would provide a rs 50 postpaid plan with unlimited roaming. So i thought this would work out. I have done a recharge in the morning of 09-june-2018 through paytm but the recharge is done for wrong number. And the wrong number that got recharged is not a smart phone which can't make use of plan credited to it. Is there any way to refund money to paytm by cancelling the wrong recharge.

My sim is 4g and handset too but while i was travelling from bangalore to bhubaneswar i lost signal on my phone and now it's not coming. I tried to switch on off the phone but still no signal. Please look into this i am unable to contact anyone. It's being very problematic. I am not able to understand the problem of my sim card. It has been days that i am without signal on my phone....

My family plan was initiated on 19th dec 2017 till now the the plan has not been changed and i have been charged for two mobiles. If am not paying the bill the service is getting disconnected and i need to go to airtel store for resolving the issue. Almost 6 months over till now the issue is not resolved and no update in emails also.. Email chain is going on for last two months with same update...

Very worst network becoming earlier y i don't know 4g network not getting simply buffering each 5 sec. Wt is use. Better move to jio network i am feeling to go that jio network please give the root cause &target date i need reply with correct action i hope don't get problem so try to solve the problem and provide good connection...
