There is no connectivity in airtel broadband since 06/06/2018. Inspite of several complaints on telephone airtel or its employees are taking no interest. It is a cable error. Please help as i need the broadband urgently for councelling. I have called airtel complaint cell, the boy who installed the broadband and the airtel franchise. Either get my problem resolved or i will be compelled to disconnect the broadband....

I have recharged a wrong special plan of rs.149 instead of rs.169 through paytm. There is no way to cancel my order through paytm. So i tried to contact airtel customer care @ 121 but couldn't reach any customer care executive. Please provide the airtel customer care to contact any executive or provide an option to change my plan from 149 to 169....

I have an airtel connection and therefore free access to airtel tv but when i try to access any shows on hooq on airtel tv it doesn’t play on my ipad. Please help. Whenever i try to access any shows on hooq the screen just gets stuck and nothing happens. For other channels though this is not an issue. Please have a look into this. I have tried to call customer care as well but didn’t receive a resolution....

My no. [protected] has been port from airtel to jio last month and i paid the whole outstanding bill before poting out.
But from last 3 days i am unable to use any services in jio sim so i called the jio operator they said that you didnt pay the airtel sim bill so i called airtel operator they said your bill is paid but have to mail us at 121.[protected]@airtel.com i mailed them but no response giving by them so please take immidiate action...

I booked a broadband connection in safdarjung enclave, delhi and took a plan for 6 months and paid the company an amount of rs. 5428.

I was told that there is some problem in the lines of the area and the connection cant be given to you. So i had asked a refund of the amount.

It's been more than 20 days now and no refund has been initiated. I hv called the customer care nos. Ample no. Of times but no positive...

I am having telephone connection along with broad band connection in the name of vinay kedia, 1, mullick street, 1st floor, geeta katra, burra bazar, kolkata -700 007. And my telephone no. Is[protected] i want to surrender my telephone and broadband connection permanently. So not issue further bill on date on 08.06.18 after.

So, i am requesting you to close my broadband connection as soon as possible.

I am using airtel mobile services since a year and my mobile number is [protected]. I was opted a plan for rs.399/-
As per the plan they offered :

Unlimited call (Local and std)
10 gb internet usage (4g speed)
And other associated services.

The above are services provided by the airtel under rs.399/- post paid package.
I have been impressed and attracted...

Requested for hd upgrade and i got offer as for hd upgared only pay 350/- rs. As we are airtel digital tv customers for more than 3 years. The airtel executive done the installation and requested to give 350/- rs. As officially and asked more money for his convenience. He behaved very badly and used abusive words when we are not ready to pay more than the actual amount confirmed by airtel.

No resolution for same. Again contacted Airtel customer care then executive told me that since there is huge network load in your area so you are facing problem. I recharged my mom airtel number with ₹199 using paytm. As it showed payment is not confirmed. I went to mobikwik and recharged ₹199. The recharge is done successfully. After few mins, the first recharge which i did using paytm also recharged. The problem is recharge is done twice.. I want refund or the pack to be continued for 2 months... Wait'n for ur respond...

Ever since i bought a new 4g sim i haven't been able to make calls with it. I thought that's not too much of a issue, i'll contact customer support for some help but the app is so badly made that there is no avenue to submit a custom complaint. They have a few options and those are the only one's you can submit queries for them.

Once i activated an internet data pack of rs 29 which was valid for 1 month.
Later on the same amount was deducted automatically from my account every month.
Then i called the customer care representative and she asked me to dial a number which further deducted 29 rupees from my account.

I asked them to deactivate the service but she reactivated it deducting more money from my account.

Very bad experience trust me, repeated harassing calls made to me without being able to rectify my issues had in the past and continuing the same kind of[censored]n professionalism act, my network is pure in my locality and i am calling customer support to assist me and even when they call me as well they say they will come and rectify none turns up and now i am receiving a bill which i was not used the services in my dongle, how can that happen??...

I had given my primary contact number as airtel in all my banking and other activities.. So i am unable to send any confirmation messages for any activity.. I recharged my account for topup of Rs 120. Balance was added to my account. After few minutes 94 Rs was deducted and some service was activated on its own. I have not done any recharge. Why automatic recharges are happening? I want my money back. Customer care is not picking calls no option to connect to them in 121 or 198 helpline.

Please help...

I am using a package of rs.448/- of airtel o[censored]nlimited free calls since long. But it is observed that although they have assured for free calls to any phone number, they are deducting amount from my balance for ringing to telephone number [protected] of aquaguard for servicing. I had opted for airtel secure in 2017.in june 2018 i have raised a claim (Service request[protected] for mobile which was fell in water along with in a pond when i went for day outing. I was fell in pond accidentally but airtel said that improper reason - negligence.
Accident means unexpected, but the way airtel misleading people is dangerous. I believe airtel secure is scam, they might claiming their own claims and getting converted...
