I requested for new connection for my area. Ch 600081 15 days ago.
I paid the installation fee of rs. 500/-, i have provided the crf no below for further assistance, but the technical told me that my area is not feasible for new connection. My registered number is : [protected]. I want my refund. If my area is not feasible cant you tell me before accepting the money?

Icon service (I have no idea what it is) got activated a few minutes back on my cell and rs 76 deducted automatically. I donot need this service.

Kindly deactivate this and credit back my money.

I had lost my old sim card, after which new was issued. But while feeding data initially my name was typed wrongly. Now when I issued new sim card, my adhar biometrics are matching but name is not and hence it is not getting activated.i have visited Airtel office several times but nothing has been done. Sir my airtel payment bank has been blocked for few months without any reason. I got message on 20 apr that some fun music service has been activated on my number and 30 rs is been deducted for that. After 4 days i again got meaase that it is been renewed and again 20 rs was deducted from my balance. Is this the way airtel is earning money. Don't fool the customers. I have recharged my account with INR 100 on 24th April 2018 and still my account is not credited. As per transaction detail through my Airtel app it is clearly mentioned that the amount will be credited to your post paid mobile account with in 02 days of working.
