I have add sony ten1 hd channel for 1 month but it is not displayed got stucked.
I have called the customer care they told me that technical person will come for check the issue for that rs.150 will be charged liked that. Why should i pay that amount if the channel is not displayed. You are cheating me.
Worst customer support. Unnecessarily i lost my money. Don't cheat us.

I had taken a saudi arab 30 days for international roaming pack at rs 3990/- for my father mobile-[protected]. They left to saudi on 12th april and we been tried to reach them but their phone not connected and call is been diverted to someone in maharashtra. We called orissa pre-paid team to register a complain but they told that it's a 2g sim and pack can work for only 4g sim and you should have get this from an airtel...

I have made payments for Airtel Mob. No. [protected] of Rs. 243/- and [protected] of Rs. 239/-on 27.04.2018 through citrus pay via internet banking. I have ordered mobile device from online store on 22-apr-2018 which supposed to delivered 28-apr-2018 today. I was keep on tracking the status of order through website and got notified with message that out for delivery and will be delivered today. I am not able to call bsnl landline no which is std from past 2 months.
I registered so far 3 complaints with airtel. Initially they said they will resolve it. Later when contacted they asked me to change the handset and try from different phone which worked obviously.
When i raised complaint again they said there is no problem from their side.
I am not sure what to do now.

It is to inform that kiddie club service has been activated on my mobile with out any request and rs.99 has been deducted from my account on 25th april. It is not my fault please rectify this as soon as possible and my balance give back in my account. It is very disturbing in addition to financial loss. I hope immediately corrective steps could be taken

I took airtel broadband connection about 2 weeks back. The sales person promised that, if i take 6 months advance rental plan, i should get the amazon prime subscription free for 1 year. While porting in from vodafone to airtel the process was initiated on 14 apr yet the sim is inactive saying tele verification is incomplete. Since there is no network the process cannot be completed. After visiting airtel gallery for 3 times in-person and called customer care several times they haven't taken any action to resolve the problem. Received a call from [protected] at 12.48pm, may be a marketing call from airtel.
I said i am not interested in any sim changeover with any offer & please don't call me & disturb me in future. He started arguing & abusing in marathi.

I Have 3 issues:

Airtel has activated super store in my number in November. They have been deducting 99 Rs every month. Today I shouted at CUSTOMER CARE representative called Sankaran. He deactivated the service but he has given back only the last 99 Rs.
