my outgoing calls are blocked i need to enter puk2 code to unblock my outgoing calls

I need a puk2 code for my number... Out going calls are blocked... And i don't have any idea about the puk2 code i need to know what it is and i need to know the code to unblock my outgoing calls for my number... Please make it fast as soon as possible because i have lot of work to do... Its stopped because my number has been blocked... My number is [protected]...

sim stopped working and showing no signal nothing working

My mobile no is [protected]. I have ported successfully from tata docomo into airtel. I was using airtel network successfully from 10 to 15 days. But on 8 th of december my sim card stopped working it showed no signal. So i checked my mobile sim slots but there was no mistake. My both sim slots were working fine. So i thought there must be a sim mistake. So i contacted customer care but they said everything is ok and your connection is active...

airtel sim dead & not working

Dear airtel,
My airtel number [protected] has been suddenly stopped working, it has been dead from yesterday i. E. 9-dec-2017. I am unable to contact airtel customer care also. Please activate my sim again. This number is important to me as it is associated with my all transaction and interactions. I have been using this airtel connection from 3 years. Please take action as soon as possible.

airtel activating and charging for unwanted services

My mother (Phone number [protected]) is being charged rs 30 every week for some services that she never subscribed to. Specifically videopindw. I am not sure how many times she was charged but at least rs 60 or 90 has been charged (Rs 30 each week).

The final one was charged on:
Sunday dec 3rd 8:01 am
But it was also charged for the two sundays before that.

Please reverse these activation charges...

We have sent mails to sbicard officials to resolve the matter as soon as possible but after one month no solution came....

unable to recharge after converting from prepaid to prepaid

Unable to recharge after converting from postpaid to prepaid.
It's very disappointing that after using airtel for so many years, i am getting this treatment from this branded company.
Due to this issue i cannot call customer care also. I am stuck as i need this number and cannot lose it. Cannot use portability option also as i cannot send message.

unable to recharge number

Hello.
I have airtel number : [protected] and my name is tanveesh inani.
My airtel payment bank never allow me to pay money for anything. I don't understand why it then allows me even to credit the money, if i cannot use the app and spend it.
I have around 2000+ rs in the airtel wallet and i want airtel to either solve the issue with my account, or refund the money....

frequent increase in monthly pack rates without intimation

Under customer id [protected] in my name the monthly pack charges have been increased from 366 to 370 and now to 399 without any intimation. airtel dth digital tv relocation.

Requested relocation on 20 nov 17. Cust id #[protected]. Request no 67847745. I was asked to make a recharge for rs 150 as a precondition to request relocation. Relocation was not completed till 9 dec 17. Owing to the delay the recharge amount was exhausted as i was unable to utilise it due undue delay by airtel. Cust care supervisor blames it on the customer. I fail to understand how. Please refund with due compensation. Its a matter of righteousness...

pathetic network and customer service

I have open network complaint for two months, continue to get bills. Get call from airtel legal person and says he waived off one month bill. However continue to get reminder for waived off amount payment. I cancelled the connection. One hand get a call from relationship team on the other hand customer care says number is suspended due to non-payment. Pathetic!...

I have ported my number [protected] from airtel. More than one month has passed still no network on my phone. Contacted everywhere but no resolution. Even high authorities of airtel is not serious about the inconvenience caused. How can a service provider cheat customer this way?

We are trying for mnp since 09.11.17 for our 2 nos. A) [protected]-idea
B) [protected]-voda

It is very much painful for not getting a good service from airtel.
We do not know that who is coming from post paid div. / any dsa but proper guidance and technical response is lacking till date. It seems that we are being harrassed by airtel.
Please do the needful at earlist, otherwise we shall have no other option...
