I am using airtel postpaid service since last 3 months... I will face always issue with billing, in recent case i have traveled to abroad and requested for international roaming facility and i got the service but billing amount for 1 month its 11329/- rs but my credit limit is 1500/-

How airtel is charging so much and what is the use of credit limit... There is no meaning for it......

My number [protected] has been recharged with rs 49 for the roaming benefit same as home tariff. And i didn't get the benefit. When i called at 7:16 am to 198 and spoke to the customer care, the lady was saying that i couldn't get the benefit because that was not applicable for my number. But i have the screen shot of the message whihh says that rs 49 recharge is applicable for my number....

I have recharged with 179 plan of yours on my number [protected]. This plan claims to unlimited calling to any network for 28 days and 1 gb internet. Its validity on my phone is 19 dec 2017 but now i can't call anywhere, it is saying that you have low balance to make any outgoing calls. It also shows my calling balance as zero. Its really frustrating. Resolve it as soon as possible....

At airtel kamla nagar, delhi-110007, mr anupam sood, calls upon his juniors in middle of client interaction. This left the customers waiting on seat or standing in middle of their process.
One must complete the client query of a standing customer before being called upon a meeting for 10 mins.
Mr sood refused to meet me when i wished to talk to him....

I have recharged my airtel sim with rs.169 pack, advertised by airtel (Unlimited calls+500 mb data for 28 days). However, after 15 days i couldn't make any more calls, neither do i have any internet. I tried to call the customer care several times, but failed.

Same thing happened with my wife's number for recharge amount of rs.199. I am really frustrated with the quality of service let alone the cheating which airtel should...

My Airtel Broadband connection number is [protected].

The network speed is suppose to be 40 Mbps, but now the speed is even below 1 mbps.
We are using this network for the past 10 months...till last month the speed was ok. But for the past one month we are really upset with the speed of the network.

Please look into this matter....

I have opted for mnp from jio to airtel, my ported sim card activated on 14/11/2017, since i am unable to call or send messages to anyone, incoming and internet services are working fine but outgoing is barred. I have contacted customer helpline number (121, 198) but all they are providing me complaint numbers. They assure to resolve complaints within a day. Even there customer service center of rajajipuram, lucknow is also providing me assurance...

I have requested for airtel prepaid to postpaid conversion on 23rd nov 2017 by submitting aadhaar card number with bio-metric scan and with in 1 hour my prepaid service was deactivated and on the same day address verification was completed and got a message address verification completed successfully and it is been 6 days till now airtel postpaid service is not activated and from 3 days have been calling up 198 for complaining about the issue...

I have converted postpaid to prepaid and they gave new sim. My postpaid services got disconnected on 22nd, nov'17. I have inserted new sim and it always shows 'no service'. I went to airtel store 3 times since then. Every time they say my sim will get activated next day morning. Today, i got signals and i received a message to restart my phone. I have done so and again i am getting 'no sevice' on my phone again. My phone number is [protected]....

I am facing voice call network problem since so many years at our home residing at pin code 400051 bandra east.

Cannot connect calls or messages. My relatives, colleagues make complaints to me that your phone is always out of reach. I am fed up now. If i want to make a call i have to go outside home where network appears.

So i request you, please resolve this issue as early as possible.br...

For the past one week, airtel signal is very poor at thoraipaakam area in chennai. We are getting only 2g for mobile data and we are unable to call someone or receive calls. If we need to call a person, we need to call them 4 or 5 time and then only we are able to contact them. Kindly help to check on this issue asap. Many people are facing this issue....

This is my fourth platform to report, its been 47days i am waiting for my broadband connection, i have given documents & money but airtel is not reponding.. Please help my complaint no lb[protected]. Everytime they come up with excuses....

Few days before suddenly my sim was not working and i unable to received calls and messages. I submit my compliant online through airtel portal but complaint still unresolved. I visit airtel store where they told me to change sim card and for that they charge rs. 25/-. I changed my sim. I am able to received calls but message service is still not working. I am not able to receive message since last 4 days. Worst service from airtel....

Since i m using airtel simcard. I m facing some problem like, i cant make calls from where i m living. Second thing is they are deducting data without using net. I have spoken about this to one of executive his name is manoj kumar and they are not giving me good answer.. And also they are very rood.. Kindly do something against them.. I m waiting for answer....

I am srinivas alakanti recently converted my number [protected] from idea to airtel. Started using from 19th of november and within seven days they charged rs. 1400.

Apart of that they barred my outgoing calls and asking me to pay rs. 1070 to start the outgoing calls.

Since i am in rs.399 plan how they charged rs. 1400.

Contacted customer care people several times they said vas are activated for...

Dear sir/mam,
I have requested a sr[protected] to shift my fixedline services to the same premises (Same hosue at different point).
I have followed up many times to resolve the issue and got the same reply they will be addressing immediatly but no further action.
I have waited almost a month and the issue is not resolved and the sr is closed without noticing me.
Finaly i got frustrated as this has not been solved...

I was using an number with account no [protected] and i stopped usign this number from mar-17 and i have made about 8, 500/- to this number and now after 8-9 months i am getting message to pay due of [protected] else your services for number/relationship no [protected] will be stopped... I am currently using 399 rs postpaid plan and for last month usage i was charged 1069 rs for using both data and voice,
Data was charged extra 500 rs as my current plan had 2 gb free data and not sure why i was charged extra 500 rs with the bill when i had free data of 2gb in account.

As i recharged from airtel app recharge of rs.198 so during that in rs.198 the validity was for 28 days then when i'll recharged then suddenly the company has put t&c for 3 days... Company is giving wrong details and i've done online recharge as well... This a mistake of company that earlier it was written for 28 days then they have converted to 3 days.. As to proof i've put undersigned file/photo in which in rs.198 it has given for 28 days......
