Data pack of 3G-Rs29-115MB-30Days was activated on my prepaid mobile number [protected] in April 2017.
I am requesting the customer care since August 2017, every month, to deactivate above data pack but money is being deducted constantly, every month, from
my account in spite of assurances given on phone by the customer care executive....

I have called customer care and also a technical person came to the place and said that there is only one tower at near which is too far and we have requested for height...

Hi, i have ported my number from other mobile service to airtel becaus it is a good network but now i am facing a problem that when i am sending sms from my airtel number is is not getting received by the other person. Kindly resolve my problem plzz. I am using this number for bank account but now when any authentication that is happening through my number is getting failed. This is becoming big problem for me if you cant resolve my issue...

I had some problem with my airtel recharge so i went to madhu vihar airtel store. Mr himanshu, the contact person told me that they don't have any software for resolving prepaid issues. After a while i confirmed his statement from airtel customer care but his statement was incorrect. Strict action against him must be taken to miscuide the customer....

I have already purchased 4g sim.My Airtel mobile number is [protected] but I am still getting the 3g network.One of my neighbourhood friend was also getting the same 3g network but he lodged the complaint regarding the same and now he is getting 4g LTE network.Kindly take my request to upgrade to 4g and don't say that 4g is not available in my area...

To whomsoever the complaint may concern i've come across an unwanted put over my head by your company.

The problem is your mobile operators are automatically deducting my balance in order to fulfill the internet requirements that i don't want

I first came across such horrible marketing @24 nov 2017. I clearly and certainly from now onwards don't want such auto renewal service.

There is not internet connection its a showing the 4g but is not going the process so please we r requesting for u solve this we have to work as was fast try to solve there are so many problems r in airtel.. Internet also slow and getting to much problem to call someone for that reason do as well fast otherwise we will port the sim at anytime do fast......

This is the 4th time I have been incorrectly charged on my post paid bill. I have been charged Rs 127 for excess data usage while I actually had 900 MB data pending which was carry forwarded this month. Apparently airtel has no customer complaint number. There's no way to make a complaint regarding this....

Now after calling the customer care at-least 10 times as almost all of them disconnected the call in karnataka circle prepaid section, i am told that i have to visit their airtel outlet for ducplicate sim. Previously penalty was 50 rs penalty on late bill payment with ammount more than 200-250 rs. (Approx 25% of bill limit).

Now penalty increase to 100 rs on late bill payment with ammount more than 200-250 rs. (Approx 50% of bill limit).

I have connection with airtel since last more tha 10 years.

Is any trai norms for penalty over bill ammout with max % per month or every month?...
