I bought 2 shirts from BeYoung.in on January 1, 2022.
The shirts didn't fit me so i requested a refund.
They asked me to send the shirts to the address they provided by courier as they didn't have pick up service.
I sent the shirts via courier, they accepted the order back, they confirmed that they received it.
Few days later, they called me and asked my preferred method for refund, so i asked them to Google Pay me the refund amount and they promised a refund within 4 to 5 days.
After a week from the day of call, i emailed them about non-receipt of the refund.
They further asked me to wait for 4 to 5 business days. Then, upon not receiving the refund, i emailed them again. They promised a 3 day wait period. Thereafter, they again promised a 4 to 5 day wait period and still i haven't received my refund. It's been over 45 days now.

Everytime I contact customer support team they will give me some BS technical difficulty wait 3-4 days more and still no refund it's same dance everytime you contact customer support
