I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my almost 11, 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.
I have sent e mail on dated 16.04.2022 for refund of my card balance in the e mail [protected]@bigbazaar.com but they are neither reply to email nor refunding my card balance.
They haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we can get card balance.

Hi Big Bazaar REFUND Team,

I had taken a PROFIT CLUB CARD, below are the details. Balance is 9000 Rs. Kindly please process my refund request, I had sent mail to [protected]@bigbazaar.com, but the mail is bouncing back. Attached my Aadhaar Card, PAN, Profit Club Card, Cancelled Cheque.

Also fbb Vouchers are unused for 250 Rs, Need that refund as well. So total refund would be 9250 Rs.

Since almost all the Big bazaar stores are closed since 26th Feb, 2022. I am having balance in my Profit Club Card No. [protected], I applied for reimbursement of my Profit Club Card at Esplanade, J.L. Nehru Road Bigbazaar stores dated 07/05/22. The reimbursement is still awaited as already more than 1 month is over.
Please reimburse my available balance approx 7083/- applied for reimbursement dated 07/05/22...

I m a big bazar profit club member having membership card number [protected].
As per their scheme I had deposited Rs 10000 with theco. There is an amount of Rs. 5290/- balance in the wallet made available by the Future Retails which I could not utilised due to sudden closure of the store in my neighbourhood without any notice or information.
No any link or e-mail address or contact numbers are functional to contact...

I have been trying to connect with Big Bazaar customer care but none of there contact no. is working nor your email id provided in the official website is working.

I tried calling and sending mail but no response.

I have purchased queen sized bed from hometown. Within 2 months, one side of bed gets damaged. We have sent mail on 7th may' 2022. The ticket gets created (R[protected] but resolution not yet provided. The customer care in not updating with status. The number is always unreachable and on mail they are saying next three days from past 1 month.
After several follow ups, they respond to replace the item with cost of 3500 rupees.

I have taken BIZ BAZAAR PROFIT CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD -Rs.5000 around 2020 and due to lockdown, this card was not used. now almost all BIZ BAZAAR stores are closed without providing alternate arrangements for using this card. Hence suggest appropriate store details for utilizing the pending amount and refund the balance amount ASAP....

I have ordered one mattress from hometown and the delivery date was 28th May, But I still did not receive my product and today is 14th June. Customer service team and even manager of Hometown promised for delivery on 7th June.
Customer service is not good and even we cannot track the order status. Very bad experience with Hometown.
The refund process is also not there. They are simply playing with customers by providing them...

My nearest store of big bazaar is already closed so please process refund my money in profit club card details are given below as well as in attachment
