(a) I had taken the membership considering I can visit most resorts as per my wish and as per my children's holidays. Hence, I had taken the membership in July 2022 and paid an amount of Rs. 2, 36, 400 against the membership. When I try to book for a holiday, I find most of the resorts filled. 1. Holidays cannot be booked at convince time. U need to book when resort is available.
2. Maintenance fees charging around 18000 INR for Blue studio per year which itself is expensive.
3. Behavior of front desk manager of Virajpet resort is pathetic.
4. Customer care not available 24/7.

I have been a member of club Mahindra for over 15 years. I used to hold a red 1br membership. I once went to stay in their Ooty property and the club Mahindra person there coerced me into upgrading to the purple studio package. I somehow believed him and paid the extra money. From then on, my vacations have been hell. I cannot book rooms even though I have the balance. I am not able to travel with my family of five since we need 2 rooms everytime...
